Our family will never come back to this location. I order just 5 small drinks on the app. When I got to the location I tried to put in the stall number but the app was having issues. I then called the number listed on the stall sign and told them I couldn’t confirm my stall number. I gave them my name and they said they would be right out. They were a little busy so we gave them a little bit of time. Well that little bit of time turned into 15 almost 20 mins. I called them back and they said they didn’t see me checked in so they wasn’t sure. I was upset at this point because I told the lady that I had just called over 15 mins ago. The lady claimed that the person i talked to ran out and she didn’t know where she went. I said are you kidding me? I asked if my drinks were made and she wouldn’t say anything. She just kept rushing me off the phone. She really got irritated when I asked for a refund and she said she would take care but that she needed to get off the phone because they were busy and she needed to make food. I hung up on her at that point. We will never be back. We tried to use them the week before and had an issue. Husband ordered a lemon berry slush. Those usually look a little pink in color with bits of strawberries and a slice of lemon. He slush had none of those. We asked for them to remake it and it still wasn’t right. It was watered down. When we asked about it and mentioned the strawberry bits and lemon they claimed that the guy that usually makes them made the mix ahead of time and that’s The way they always make it and the way it comes when they order the mix. We left. Went to Corpus Christi and went to the sonic on south padre island drive. Their lemon berry slush was the way it should be. Read moreI live in Blanco and occasionally visit sonic for a “Quick” burger through the drive thru. I have visited on Different days at different times of the day. There is nothing quick about this place even through the drive-through. If you are stopping to get a quick burger, you better have plenty of time to spare. It takes forever to get waited on even with only one car in the line. At times, I’ve sat at the speaker, waiting 5 to 10 minutes before someone would even talk through the speaker…. Then to pull up to the window and wait another 5 to 10 minutes for the food. This has almost been a guarantee every time I visited. I have never been through a drive-through that has been this slow consistently. I’m all about supporting local Blanco businesses and will most likely continue to do that here occasionally since I don’t eat much fast food, but I wish management would understand the frustration to sit in drive-through line for 20 minutes when you’re one of the only ones in the line an make some changes . Read moreI'm from San Antonio Texas and we came down here to Blanco Texas to do some jobs in Home Remodeling so we get hungry we drive up to Sonic to grab the Coney Dog meal which is a number seven so do they give me the so-called Coney Dog Mio number 7 with two hot dogs in it and cold tater tots and the cheese and the hot dog and the chili all look like it had been sitting there for days on top of the young lady that served me when I informed her that my tots were cold she called me a liar and said that they were just made and they were literally cold bad service first of all their uniforms were unprofessionally worn the young lady who served me had a very nasty attitude I would not recommend this Sonic to anyone nor will I ever eat here ever again I had to throw my food in the trash and my husband bought me something from somewhere else and that place treated me a lot better better customer service and better food everything was fresh at the other restaurant and it was not a Sonic Sonic's restaurants need to retrain their employees and pick up their professionalism because...
