I did an online order with Aaron’s on December 5th, 2022, and since then have had nothing but a pleasant experience with this store and team. On Wednesday I called to ask about my delivery date and time (need I remind you I just moved in my apartment and my anxiety was an absolute nightmare) and I spoke with a young man named “Richard”. This young man was so pleasant and knew I was stressed out. He took his time with me, spoke to me calmly, made me laugh and told me “ Come on it’s only noon that it’ll get better”. That made my day. He made my payment on the day it needed it be and took the payment. Thank you Richard. He also took my new address where the delivery was going and entered it in the system. The next day I called again to make sure everything was done properly and spoke with A.C. Rest assured, my information was correct. A.C. was very pleasant as well. On Friday, the 16, my delivery was delivered. I didn’t know they were downstairs and calling because of the number they were calling from didn’t register so it went straight to voicemail. After looking again at my phone I decided to call and it was the store. Told me they would deliver Friday between 4&7and if it was a problem they would call me. Friday came it was getting late so I called they told me something happened to the truck, so it would be a slight delay. I'm thinking ok so waited 7 still no truck in sight so I called again and they tell me they couldn't get hold of one of the references, I had to call Mark in the morning. Now I'm PO. Now it's Saturday I called for the Mark guy who was supposed to be calling me. I get the run around again he is busy he is with someone else he will call u so I waited for a bit called back there all of a sudden this guy is gone for the day. So Now Saturday I didn't get no washer or dryer. Now after being a long time customer with Aarons and always paying off my things and being in good standards with them. I must say this is the very 1st time I regret getting some furniture from them. My Ottoman keeps breaking in the same darn place and they already did a service call on it to fix it. Now they say they gonna see if they can do another. Yes you can and will. I pay faithfully every month on time because it comes out automatically. I want my ottoman fixed right or just replace it. I will go to BBB about thia matter becauae when I brought it I was told it was new. However I'm starting to think it was used. Just fix or replace my Ottoman or come get all this Stuff and I go somewhere else. The manager was not Happy with my unhappiness so he did the unthinkable.
