I strongly suggest you pick a different pizza restaurant due to this location’s poor customer service. I left a review this morning about an order I placed Tuesday being wrong when it arrived and the restaurant giving me a run-around when handling my refund. Since I’m seeing now my review has been deleted, I’m back to make sure the truth gets out. THIS RESTAURANT MAKES MISTAKES, DOES NOT ACCEPT ACCOUNTABILITY, AND DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE. I’ve been trying to contact the manager for days regarding the order they messed up, however the moment I left a bad review, I instantly get a call from this so-called manager who decided to argue with me about the situation, as if I did something wrong! He even admitted how the person that made the mistake is in the process of getting fired, yet still didn’t want to resolve the mistake because of their “no refund policy”. When I told him the best solution would be crediting my office so the next time we do order we are discounted for the amount that should have been refunded, he actually says the only way he would do it is if I take down my google review lol. Cannot believe the way this establishment handles business but I would strongly suggest staying away. I mean, if a business has to have a “no refund policy” you know it’s because they’re constantly making mistakes, right? Save yourself the stress and go to Aurelio’s instead. They got way better...

This place has the WORST customer service! They always have ONE old, waxy-looking slice available. And even when you want more than one slice, they just stare at you when you ask them to make more. According to the manager, they're supposed to be making new pizzas until 1 hour before closing. Yeah, they stop maybe 3 hours before closing. Did they say your food will be ready in 20 mins? Yeah, try an hour! And they don't even drop your fries in until you get there! So now add 10 mins to the hour you already waited. They front girl there is sooooo rude! And to be honest, their food isn't anything special. It's pretty average. The only thing they had going for them way that they're the only place that sells pizza slices around here. But if I have to wait 40 mins for a slice, I might as well drive somewhere else and get a much better and fresher slice from somewhere else that doesn't sell attitude with their food. Last time I'm coming here. I'm over y'all.

Tried them again (August 2020): They are STILL horrible! Manager was a lady who kept saying sorry with a smug smile as she told me I had a 20 min wait for two slices of pizza that I ordered 35 minutes ago. What?!?! Two slices of pizza - almost an hour long wait... Does that make sense...

I just left there on 12-26-2017 at 4pm i waited 40mins for a hotdog,sausage sandwhich, and a order of cheesesticks. I also purchased a cup of cheese while waiting for the order. I get in my truck eat a cheesestick right away cuz i just waitrd 40 mins for my food. The cheese was not gooey which means the cheeseticks were sitting awhile which i dont understand because they should have been dropped last. Also the marinara was cold. I still decided to just go home. I open the rest of my food and myvheese i purxhased for a dollar was not in there and hot peppers were not on hotdog. I call because now all of thtlat missing plus the cheese sticks were cold. She was very unfriendly when i had called to complain about orser and they told me they would only credit the cup of cheese. She also told me that hot peppers do not come on the hotdog which i clearly read on the wall under hotdogs which was listed what comes on the hotdogs.Completely ubsurd i have been going here for years and they have messed up my order for the last time. If u go make sure u have all of your before you walk out. No need to wait 40 mins for a hotdog and cheesesticks and not have everything corrwct and fresh and hot....
