Subway — Restaurant in Bloom Township

Placed an order last evening for delivery. Ordered two footlongs, one Italian BMT and one tuna. BMT was made as ordered however, when I opened the tuna sandwich, there was only lettuce and American cheese! No Tuna on the sandwich whatsoever! I called the subway in South Chicago Heights immediately and tried to explain the situation, but the girls in there couldn't understand what the call was about or else they just played dumb! They were laughing in the background and finally one girl told me I would be credited back $18 and it would take 24 hours. Well that certainly didn't happen! I called this morning and spoke to a woman like really could not understand at all and she just hung up on me. I called back and some guy spoke that spoke a little bit better English. He accused me of being a liar! Seriously?? He proceeded to hang up on me. Just an FYI, very careful wish to patronize this...

Been coming to this location for years and all the employees were nice until today, the girl who works there give us attitude when we walked in, I tell her my order and she acts like she’s not listening, I ordered a chicken breast sandwich and she started adding spaghetti meatballs, at first I thought that was an online order but no, she asked me what type of cheese I want, when I ask her if that was my sandwich she gave me attitude and tells me in a bad way “you said you want spaghetti meatballs” I replied nicely to her: “no I said chicken breast”. She rolled her eyes on me and toss the bread all mad about it. The 1st time I went to this location my sandwich was perfect. This time the same guy made my sandwich but it seems like he didn't want to be there. When he was making my sandwich he literally put 3 pieces of spinach on my sandwich n 3 olives. I asked for more and this where the attitude came in. I know they have to follow the ingredients but don't have attitude if I ask for more veggies. Then he only put it in the middle of my sandwich not end to end.
