Sharks Fish and Chicken - South Chicago Heights — Restaurant in Bloom Township

Very rude staff. I went in to pick up an order. I asked the cashier how long would it be before the order was ready. She told me "in a minute," then proceeded to take a phone call. After she finished the call which was about 3 minutes I asked her approximately how long would a minute be. She very rudely said "in a minute," once again. I told her to not be rude and directed the conversation to the cook. The cashier was obviously having a bad day and she began screaming and banging on the counter telling me to get out. The cook told me I was being rude although he did not hear our previous discussion. The cashier's anger continued to escalate and he followed behind her telling me to get out. I told him I simply wanted to know how long I would be waiting. He asked for my order info and said it would only be a minute after he bagged it. I had already been waiting at least 5. The cashier told him to call the police and he did what he was told. I asked to speak with a manager. The cook said he was the manager. I asked for his name and he refused which made it obvious that he was no manager. The police came! They actually called the police on me and yes I am a black woman. The officer told me the issue wasn't worth my time and that I was free to leave. He apologized on behalf of the workers and I asked him to speak with the workers about calling the police for no reason. I would not suggest this location to anyone. The workers here on Saturday are young and immature. They bring their personal issues to work with them and are unable to remain professional. People like this will tamper with your food out of spite. I will never...

Truly Pissed!!! At work and ordered lunch... Ordered chicken dipped in honey bbq, shrimp and catfish with a mistic that was delivered by door dash.... I asked for my chicken to be dipped, lemon pepper on chicken and fish with mild sauce and cole slaw on the side because I can't eat hot, spicy foods.... My food got here with my container turned to the side and all of my food pushed to the side and on top of each other... No mild sauce but four containers or hot sauce... When I called to the store the girl that answered the phone was rude and whenI told her that I can bring the sauce back to her so she can see what was given she puts her manager on the phone who decides to go toe to toe with me about what I have in front of me and then hung up so I called back and let the next guy know that I would be contacting the ower for one and also giving a bad review... They are sorry as hell and people that spend their hard earned money should be treated better... I won't be ordering from them anymore and will be deleting...

Their food is okay but if you get your food delivered they have this awful rude disrespectful guy name Alex wit curly hair that talks trash to you if you don't have exact change he harrassed me via text and cell calls he argued with me when I said he should have stated over the phone that I had to have exact change if he a said it I a had it he then proceeded to call my cell phone and texting me saying how his name is Alex and that he is a cook deliver driver and manager for this place he keeps texting me I never ordered food before and went through this never and the people don't care I called and complained and they didn't even stop him or fire him this place is horrible takes away from the food completely! I called and complained to the business and they have some 13 year old sounding girl answering placing orders she's the sister of the rude guy she's just as rude and said I was liein when I called to make a complaint this place should be closed down look at all these bad reviews why support this...
