Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Bloom Township

I went 2 T-Mobile in Chicago Heights, IL. I was paying my mom's pre-paid phone, but didn't have a pin #. George was so helpful in helping me set this up. He even suggested that I have her phone bill direct debit from her account so that we wouldn't have 2 worry about coming into the store. I like ppl that suggest alternatives so that the customer can make a decision on what he would like 2 choose. George was a very patient young man & very kind. A pleasure 2 work with. Metropc has good phone plans thats cheaper than tmobile but sometimes the staff there are pretty snotty and the disadvantage of metropc vs tmobile is that you cant put metropc sim card in any phone you have to PAY them 15.00 everytime you want to change sim cards between phones.
