Dean Gyros — Restaurant in Bloom Township

Ordered a double cheeseburger with Mayo, ketchup, lettuce, and grilled onion. Received a double hamburger with mustard, ketchup, pickle, and raw onion. Was dining in with my family so brought it back to the counter. The lady brought it to where they make the food and proceeded to start me a new bun and then use the old meat and then melted the cheese by using the microwave. Not only is it bad form to not just remake the burger, it’s also against health code to bring food back into their kitchen once it has been given to people and they have taken it into the wild. Placed my order (just under $40.00) sandwich was not made as ordered, the cook snickered when I brought the sandwich back. The girl behind the counter while I was waiting for my food, dumped a customers order on the sandwich prep table, picked out the fries cause customer ordered BG fries and then put food back into the container to go. (Customer ordered gyro plate with fries). The girl running register and the other girl (whom dumped the order on the prep table) were more concerned about something on their phone then customer service. It's sad that a place you go to, to get good food has employees like this. I will be speaking to the owner about this experience and let her know these are the employees chasing away...

The food I had here the past couple times have been very good I like their BG Cheese Fries. But their service is the total opposite for the past two years I’ve been going here seem to always have an attitude (well at least the evening crew) the older Hispanic man act as if he’s doing you a favor by fixing your food rather than being appreciative that you are spending your money there. The young black female seem as if she doesn’t want to be bothered. I have to say I went in there once and actually got a smile out of her ONCE! If it wasn’t for the food they would have gotten a 1 star...
