I have had the worst customer service for the past 8-9 months from Ryan. My initial meeting with him was great. He was very honest with pricing and phone information. Unfortunately, that's where it all ended. Since that initial day, he has messed up my bill every single month. Each month my bill should have a trade-in credit automatically applied, and each month it's not there. I then have to let him know this, and he manually applies it. We are now going on 9 months of this annoyance. Each time he says it's fixed, and it'll be automatically applied for the next month, it's not. I call and text him, and there are times that he doesn't even get back to me for weeks on end. 1. I'm frustrated about the bill being incorrect for almost 9 months straight and him having to do the manual credit each and every month, and 2. the frustrations mount because I'll be completely ignored for weeks on end with no communication and zero customer service. At the very least, if you're gonna mess up my bill every single month, have the decency and respect to answer my calls and texts.

   Read moreI am surprised how this store got 4.8/5 stars because my experience there was horrible. Joe was trying to outsmart me and my boyfriend about the "trade your phone" deal. We both had Iphone 12s (mine pro max) he told us he will give us the maximum trading credit when we receive the new iphone 13s and we will have to pay around $10 per month. Well, that didn't go as we expected because the next day we went to proceed with the deal he ended up not trading my boyfriend's phone and instead we had to pay full price for the Iphone 13 meanwhile Joseph probably kept that phone to himselfđ. When we went back, he was trying to outsmart us again talking about some "credit" and in the end when he had no other thing to say he finally said "oh yeah you're actually right". Of course I am right Joseph, you can't scam people like this cause you get in trouble!    Read moreI highly recommend you donât go to this store. They are shady people and are liars. I placed an order online for an in-store pick up. This process usually takes one hour to complete. I waited 24 hours and my order was still not ready. I called Verizon and they got in contact with the store, they said they are working on it and it will be ready soon. I waited a few hours and didnât hear back from them so I went to the store. When I got there they said the phone is not in stock even though Verizon looked up their inventory and saw that they do have it. Why wouldnât he have just told them earlier when they called? So then the guy tells me he cancelled my order. I asked him why I was not notified of this and he just lied to me and said it takes 24-48 hours. I know he lied because when I called in to customer care sure enough my order was not cancelled. After this whole ordeal I found out theyâre not even a real Verizon store. They are a retailer.
