Went here to try their Chicago deep dish pizza. I will say that I have tried authentic deep dish pizza a number of times in Chicago and so I wasn’t expecting it to be exactly the same. However, I was pleasantly surprised by what we received bubbling at our table. There were some minor differences than what I’m used to which actually doesn’t devalue the quality of the pizza including a lighter crust, a less saltier cheese, and less sweet tomatoes. So, for all those wanting to get a fix of deep dish without going all the way to Chicago, it is worth it. Price was reasonable as well. Customer service was great. They were very communicative and helpful. We did have to wait 30 minutes upon entering for the deep dish pizza to be ready. This is standard and wasn’t an issue but if short on time, and wanting to dine in, perhaps call ahead and arrive once it’s ready. The storefront has two businesses in one. I JUST went to order from RioWraps and was advised upon entry that they were closed. This happened after calling the number listed on google 5 minutes prior and being told that they were open. Apparently these two restaurants have different operating hours, yet the same phone number? The young lady working had JUST helped someone. After working in the Emergency Department in a nursing role for 12.5 hours...I would have appreciated clearer operating hours being posted. It was a waste of my time to call and then go out of my way to stop. I will not be visiting this business again. I have a past history (prior to nursing) of 7 years of experience managing in food service-this was poor service and poor communication...

Second deep dish pizza in a 1-month period. I ordered the small deep dish Seafood A week or so prior to the deep dish build your own that I ordered today The seafood pizza was just not the same it was full of imitation crab with a shrimp piece here and there. It was not firm.. Because I work near the area, and the co-workers wanted to order, I ordered a small deep dish build your own with pepperoni,ground beef, Italian sausage and pineapple. I don't think that there was an ounce ground beef on the pizza at all. The Italian sausage had a funny taste. And the only thing that this pizza was plentiful of was the pineapple and they weren't even sweet. $30 deep dish pinapple and cheese pizza. Two out of Two...
