Pros: The technician was pleasant enough, and my nails looked nice at the end. Salon offers lovely ambiance. Cons: Very basic services. They do not offer dip powder, or acrylics. Not an exhaustive color selection. They also do not use drills, therefore it took much longer to take off my previous dip polish resulting in me missing my scheduled class (70 minutes later). The technician did file on my skin a few times, which stung every time she had to use acetone.

I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Jaclyn at the Lifespa and she was fantastic! She has such wonderfully capable hands and gave me a glorious blowout — honestly the best I’ve ever had. It turned out exactly how I wanted it.

I was on a tight schedule and Jaclyn worked efficiently without sacrificing quality, finishing promptly while still making the whole experience enjoyable and fun. The spa itself was beautiful, and the front desk team was very friendly and helpful.

They canceled my appointment 10 minutes prior to my appointment. They couldn’t have cared less that they waited until I had arrived to cancel my appointment because they double booked. I booked more than a week in advance. Someone is certainly not doing their job. If I would have cancelled I would still owe them all the money, but if they cancel I get “sorry but she’s prioritizing the customer who arrived first. We can take you in nearly 2 hours”.
