zero stars. I had been to this place years ago and the owner was there then and was so rude. I haven’t been back in years. I thought everyone deserves a second chance. Big mistake. First , the owner asked if anybody was just getting bagels and a woman said she was and then she asked for cream cheese and he said “ so your not just getting bagels” in a very rude tone. Then a guy was telling him his order so he could pay and he was rudely telling the guy no that the workers needed to tell him the order. Then I got my club sandwich and 2 bagel sandwiches. The bag felt light and was small. My son gets club sandwiches all the time and they are huge and have 3 pieces of bread. I looked at the sandwich and he was telling another customer do they want the light lunch or the full sandwich? I ordered the full deli sandwich. This sandwich is 2 pieces of flat bread, some gross looking meat and scraps of bacon. I questioned if this was the full sandwich and the worker rattled off that there were 8 pieces of bacon yada yada . Yes there may be 8 scraps of bacon but not 8 full pieces. The sandwich was like $15. I wanted to give it back but I honestly never write reviews or cause a problem. This guy just really rubbed me the wrong way. Will never go back. Worst bagels ever. Go to New York or Jersey bagel....
Read morei guess they close whenever they feel like it? happened to go at 2 and they were closed. so unprofessional when i drove all the way there. they may not have been aware of daylights saving time? who knows? but i won’t be coming here anymore. also a month ago i called and the rude woman who answered with an attitude said “we closed at 11 today” so why are you answering the phone 3 hours later? definitely much better bagels else where. that’s where i’ll be going. NOT here. a business that closes whenever they want and not according to their business hours listed, won’t be getting my...
Read moreI’m originally from Brooklyn and am pretty picky about my bagels, Brooklyn Bagel hits the mark. I live in Plymouth but find myself at Brooklyn Bagel to get my fix. The outer layer isn’t too hard and bagel itself is soft in the inside. The egg bagel has the touch of sweetness I like. The cinnamon sugar bagel is another favorite of mine. I’ve switched to getting a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese and it’s perfect every time. The shop itself reminds me of the bagels shops in NYC. So happy to have found Brooklyn Bagel. It’s worth the...
