Healing Art massage — Local services in Bloomington

This may be the worst massage and experience I have ever had. I arrived for my massage and it seemed that they were surprised that I was there. I was told I would have to wait. I waited 30 minutes. I tried to tell the massage therapist the areas I wanted to concentrate on and she either didn’t hear me or didn’t understand me. She kept leaving the room and left the door open each time. Very unprofessional and upsetting. I asked for some kind of music as it was quiet and about 20 minutes in there was some music that continued to cut in and out. After not much more than an hour she told me my 90 minute massage was over. She really didn’t seem to know what she was doing and it was definitely NOT a deep tissue massage. I walked in for an appointment I had scheduled, and immediately, two ladies approached me and insisted I pay upfront before any service was provided. I had never heard of this ‘pay-first’ policy before, and it wasn’t communicated when I booked the appointment. Even inside the store, there were no signs or notices stating this policy. Recuerdo haber ido a este lugar mucho tiempo atrás y al llegar allí, una mujer comenzó a gritar (no sé a quién le gritaba horriblemente) en otro idioma y NO entendió NADA de lo que le dije! Salí asustado de aquel lugar.- Estas personas NO saben lo que es trabajar en América! Cero recomendacion positiva para este lugar.

ADICIONAL: Solo disculpas NO es suficiente. Si SOLAMENTE te disculpas delante de tus potenciales clientes y NO haces cambios REALES, entonces nunca tu negocio crecera! Estas en USA, no en otro pais.
