Hong Kong Express — Restaurant in Bloomington

Everytime i go to glance in to see their food and hope it looks better than the last time but nope it is always dry looking absolutley no sauce on any of the food accept once with the beed and broccoli so i end up at subway. And never get it today i was craving it so i just asked for fresh orange chicken. It looked alright fresh. But no it is so dry and flavorless there is like no chicken just the batter. All of their food looks so dry and it is. the bbq pork terrible and dry. The only thing that looked good was the chow mien and beef and broccoli. Also their cheese wontons are bogus there is seriously 1/4 tsp of cheese. Will never return again. Complete waiste of money i cant express enough how dry...

I can't seem to give it a half star, but I would give it a 3 and a half. Maybe I had a batch of rice that wasn't up to par but it seemed to be kind of lacking in flavor. The food itself wasn't bad, I am sure there is far worse out there, it wasn't horrendous, it was just alright. Nothing too special, nothing bad, just straight across the board and your average chinese food spot. I have come here off and on over the years. It's never been the greatest, but Chinese food take out is always quick and easy. Stopped today and my entire meal is garbage....and I do mean entire meal....even the coke. I get it, you are trying to recoup after the quarantine, but at the cost of quality! Chow mein, zero flavor, mushroom chicken, zero flavor, teriyaki chicken, the sauce is totally watered down, even the coke is watered down.
