Was in Rialto for a few days for a business trip and decided to stay at this establishment due to it being relatively close to where I was working. The exterior of the building is nice and the lobby is big but the general area it's in is not the nicest. My room was located in the back of the building where the big rig trucks park and there is a freeway and train station nearby, which you WILL hear throughout the night. There were also a few homeless people camping out and the area smelt of cigarettes, although I was staying in a non-smoking room. When I entered the room it looked like the standard motel room but I did notice many stains on the carpet, a few stains on the bedsheets and some debris left on the floor near the sink trash bin. It was no biggie though, I was tired so I was going to take a shower and go to bed, but as I was setting up my stuff by the sink, I noticed a small roach crawling around. I took a quick pic and then got rid of him. Took the shower, went to bed (which was nicely sized) and that was the end of day #1. On the morning of day #2, I passed by the lobby to check out the continental breakfast and noticed there was juice, coffee/tea, plain bagels, toast, bite sized muffins and cereal. I grabbed some orange juice and left for work. When I got to the motel that night I found it more difficult to sleep due to the noise coming from the freeway and train station, so if you are a light sleeper like me, know you will have a difficult time getting a restful sleep. The train screeched consistently throughout the night and was very hard to block out, even with the TV blasting. My girlfriend said she could hear it over the phone too, so sound proof windows might be a good investment. I finally went to bed around 11 PM but woke up around 3:30 AM due to the outside noise. I was unable to go back to sleep, so now it's 5:51 AM and I am writing this review. This place is affordable but I will most likely stay elsewhere next time...
Read moreLiterally had problems from the start. It should've been a warning when the guy in line ahead of us had an issue that took more than 10 minutes to resolve and still didn't seem to be handled. Once we got to the window to check in it took another 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. We were dealt with attitude from the start and was given a key to the 3rd floor Then told that the elevator doesn't work. We booked the room with them knowing we had a child under a year old and they really expected us to carry her and all of our belongings up 3 flights of stairs to the room. The room was not what we had asked for and reeked of cigarettes even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Took our concern to the desk to have it changed. The personnel ping us was again very rude and would not allow us to speak. 10 minites later we're finally given another room. We checked to make sure the key worked and had to rush back to the family dinner and our 6 month old baby 40 minutes later than we were expected. We didnt come back to the room until late. We came back with our sleeping child at 11pm to music that could be felt through the ground and multiple people lingering on the property. Immediately went inside and made sure to lock windows and deadbolt. Except the window had no screen AND IT DOESN'T LOCK. We were already uncomfortable with that, and we noticed something in the microwave. Opened it up to find burger King from who knows who. Go to go to the bathroom to find an already been used roll of toilet paper (pretty sure that doesn't comply with covid sanitation standards) and multiple roaches hanging out in the bathtub 🤢 Representative refuses to refund for the room for 2 nights and pushes us off to call management in the morning. Now were $200 short with no safe place for us and our baby to stay Im note than upset with...
Read moreWorst hotel ever!!! Do not stay here the Ad they have posted on Hotels.com is a total lie and misleading. The area is not safe at all there are suspicious characters walking around throughout all hours. When we were checking in a lady came storming in heavily on drugs and very loudly telling the front desk clerk she needed her room changed because she “couldn’t stand the freeway noise” (I should have seen that as a sign) not long after we get to our 60/70’s style looking room with the ants do we hear very very loud people yelling at each other, for a good while I’m assuming they were a couple. We had suspicions characters making out deals in front of our room window. Our “luxurious room” was horrible two double beds with stains on the white blankets, holes in the blankets, there were holes in the walls, mold on the walls, ants in our restroom. Our room allegedly was a king bed suite with a shower/ Jetted hot tub in it, as advertised on Hotels.com when we checked in there was no such thing as a tub which it probably would have absolutely not been sanitary anyways! I do not recommend staying here lots of truckers stay here so there’s lots of “late night girls” around there is a Mexican food place that shares the parking lot with them the food is okay, it has a open bar so that’s the...
