AVOID! These people are not worthy to sell a used car let alone suits and formalwear. They are cheap, tacky, lying thieves! Their high pressure, fast acting sales approach and their “sly” padding of the bills. They will lie, cheat, and steal from you. The “alterations” are a joke to say the least, the jokers on the sales staph will give you a quote but it will be way off the mark as they add every little thing they can think of and lie to your face about it. READ EVERYTHING, CHECK EVERYTHING, DO NOT TRUST THE TRASH SLITHERING INSIDE THIS STORE! I had the displeasure of working with some mutt that had about as much manners as a dead squirrel. Never received so much as a greeting, a thank you, nothing! If you’re wanting to be treated like a piece of low grade meat then this is the store for you. Also if you don’t mind poorly dressed individuals wearing tacky, cheap stainless “jewellery” like I had...If you call out any of their crooked antics and try to defend yourself the management here is quick to snap at you, knock you down, call you a liar in those words until you backdown. This place lacks serious maturity and professionalism, but when you’re too narrow minded, ignorant and you’re hiring based upon an agenda you’re going to fail with quality clients. Needless to say they lost out on over a grand in sales because this store is ran like a shady used car dealership. I have no respect for them or this company, and quite honestly I’d be much humoured if this store went out of business and tossed these con artists straight out...

For a good friend's wedding, he decided to use MW for their online setup and the ease of access for groomsmen in different locations. MensWearhouse hired a young woman to take measurements thoroughly and then hit me with the $270 rental fee, not including the processing and incidental fee. That would have been just fine if, indeed, this was a tailored rental. Instead, every single groomsmen had ill-fitting clothes. Sleeves were way too short for broad-shouldered men, the bowties couldnt sit upright for thinner men because the neck on the shirt was too loose. THEY USED ELASTIC TOP BUTTONS INSTEAD OF FITTED SHIRTS. Everything felt cheap. Only some of the shirts came with cufflinks and none of the cufflinks matched. The shirts themselves were button and cufflink - which, since they were too short in the sleeves, weren't seen anyway.
If I could rate this place lower, I would. Luckily, they could not dampen the bright and beautiful crew gathered for my guy's big day. But now that its the day after (and I have to rush over to return the tux), I can share this horrible business for selling one thing and delivering burlap and kids toy versions of grown up clothes. What a...

I had a truly wonderful experience at Men’s Wearhouse thanks to the exceptional service of two incredible team members.
Meredith, the assistant manager, was phenomenal. With just one look, she had me in a suit that looked and fit perfectly. Her eye for style, attention to detail, and professionalism were second to none. It was clear she is a master of her realm—confident, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me look my best.
Cynthia, the tailor, was equally impressive. As a professional speaker, I needed a suit that struck the right balance between polish and presence. Cynthia immediately understood that and took the time to tailor the fit to match both my physical build and personal style.
Both Meredith and Cynthia went above and beyond, taking the time to make sure everything was just right. I left the store not just with a great suit, but with full confidence in how I’ll present myself at upcoming events.
Thank you both for an...
