This is quite possibly one of the most lack luster T.J. Maxx I've ever been to. It just seems to have gone down hill (well most of the stores have) carrying less higher end, desirable kitchen goods and gadgets. You'll occasionally find a few good things but most of the time it's your run-of-the-mill generic items that aren't any better quality than if you went and picked them up at Walmart, roughly the same price too. The clothing items here have also taken a slip, it's borderline impossible to ever find anything in a decent size in both pants and shirts, if you're above a medium or maybe large just forget it. During my recent visit, I was provided with a receipt that apparently could not be used to return an item. An item I picked out because not one but two employees reassured me that it was what I was looking for just in different packaging. Either the registered tape ran out or the barcode that was necessary never printed but when I went to return my item I was told I could not return it for my money back. I was told I could have a gift Card as a refund. I was very disappointed as I do not live near T. J. Maxx and only go once or twice a year. I accepted said gift card and then gave it to a friend as a birthday gift. She just told me that she could not use the gift card because she doesn't have MY ID. All of this for a mistake made my...
