I am a doordash driver and I was here recently for a pickup and I witnessed extremely horrible customer service from them at the store. They had a handicap customer in a wheelchair with an elderly gentleman helping out the person in the wheelchair and every employee in the store refused to help them exit the store safely. This is horrible customer service. I would recommend everyone stay away from this restaurant. If you have employees that are so concerned about themselves that they are refusing to help out handicap customers I would never give them my business ever. And then when I went to talk to a manager, The operators of this restaurant are so horrible at customer service that they don't even have a manager on duty that is capable of speaking the American language of English to be able to communicate with people. How can you actually have a manager that can address customers concerns in America when they can't even communicate with 98% of the people that live in America? That is horrible. And the entire time I was trying to address the issue with a manager. They were more concerned about me confirming that I picked up the order than actually listening to my concerns about their horrible customer service towards this elderly disabled couple that had recently given them...
Read moreOh my gosh is this place beautiful! I was stunned when I walked in how the decor was different than most Mexican Cuisine restaurants I had been to. Something felt really different about this place. The bar area has its own dinning area, so if you've got a hot date take them to the bar and get a booth. It's stunning in there and the backdrop of the bar is hella nice.
I got the three street tacos and the Modelo. I also got to taste the house hot sauce, and I'm super sad I forgot it at the table. The tacos are hands down the best tacos, better than that one spot across town by the mall. And that's saying some bc those tacos are fire, too. The al pastor taco was the best taco I've had, and I've lived in San Francisco, Miami, and would routinely get street tacos in Laredo, Texas. That one taco beat everything else I've ever had.
I'm really excited that this restaurant is in town. I had a really bad start to the day, finding out some bad news. I went to this restaurant with my mom and between the sweet and spicy hot sauce and that al pastor, I am in such a better mood.
Thanks so much to the staff at...
Read moreHave had a couple of okay experiences here in the past, willing to give it another try, but this was probably our last attempt at this location. We were seated promptly by the host. He took our drink order and had them to us quickly. And that’s where the good things ended. We waited on a waiter for probably 10 minutes or more. The basket of chips they brought us was hardly full and not fresh at all. Once we ordered, our food came out at WAY different times. My wife was 80% done with her meal by the time my first (incorrect) dish came out. I had ordered a steak quesadilla and I received chicken. After flagging down the wait staff, I informed him of the kitchen mistake. So 20 minutes after my wife received her plate, I then got mine. The steak tasted like a dirty griddle top. And the price is outrageous. $40 for two people to eat Mexican and both drank water is a little over the top. Visit any of the local El Ranchero locations for an affordable and...
