I took my computer in to have it looked at. I had a virus on it. Kendra took care of me. She was very respective of my time. I dropped off the computer and returned a couple of hours later. Kendra talked to me about what was wrong with my computer and the cost to get it up and running. I then decided to look at some new computers. Kendra was very knowledgeable and showed me computers that would work for me. She was patient and very willing to spend the necessary time with me. She was not "pushy" to try to sell me something. I also had an issue with the item that I purchased and the manufacturer service center was being difficult to work with. I called the store and Ashley took my call, called the service center herself and within 30 minutes had the issue resolved. Thank you Ashley and Zach .
