Unfortunately very disappointed, I purchased a cell phone that I was told was a good used phone and I would have no issues. I trusted this lady and she got me. I took phone to ATT tight after purchasing to get a SIM card, they were having issues with it and told me to take it to Mac experience for trouble shooting. Before I did so I contacted MRS to let them know of the issues and I was ignored, so I went ahead and took it in to the MacExperience and they told me the phone has been dropped and the antenna is damaged internally . I called MRS back and politely explain the issue, she rudely just said OKAY? I said so you sold me a phone that will not work correctly what am I supposed to do. Her reply was she didn’t care and told me I was “cheap” for even buying a used phone and it’s not her problem its mine. I advised her I was going to leave her the appropriate reviews and she told me go ahead she will respond and get them removed. I would’ve been happy with even a partial refund on the now useless phone, a repair or anything other then a insult! unfortunately this is the way many businesses operate these days, I have now learned my lesson with Little cell...

I extremely happy with the service I received at MRS Mobile Repair Service. I was especially impressed with the friendly and honest service provided by Alhm. She made my day! I came in with an iPhone 7Plus with a cracked screen and a faulty Lighting to USB cable and/or a faulty port for that cable......I thought. Alhm proved my analysis to be completely wrong. First, the phone was super dirty inside and out. She cleaned it well and showed me that the charging port worked! I just needed a new Lightning to USB cable. Then she really shocked me by saying the screen wasn’t cracked. The cracks were just in my heavy duty screen protector. I expected to be spending hundreds of dollars! A dishonest person could have said everything I thought was wrong was and charged me for a new screen, port, and cable. Alhm charged me about $70 for a thorough cleaning, a new 2 meter cable and a new screen protector. I am elated. This is the place to go for all your device repair needs. How can you beat quality, honest...

I was gifted a new Apple Pencil recently and couldn’t get it to synch w my iPad. Taking a chance that Luis would have time to look at it right away, I stopped in yesterday without making an appointment or calling. He greeted with with a smile and was happy to work on it while I waited.

In the short time it took me to walk the block and a half to mail some bills at the post office and walk back to his shop, Luis had figured out the issue and I was ready to roll!

Topping it off, he checked a few quirky settings on my new iPhone which I hadn't found the energy to research and address, and he fixed them as well.

I'm so grateful for Luis' technical skills, welcoming customer service philosophy, and ability to keep me from feeling stupid asking even the most basic questions.
