I loved the modern aesthetic and thought the interior design was quite stellar. I also thought that the recliners were quite comfy. However, the actual theater experience was subpar. I saw Furiousa on one of the screens that didn't even Dolby Atmos and at times I couldn't even tell that there was any sort of surround sound. The screen itself also had something on it. It kind of looked like a bunch of hairspray was sprayed on the middle of it. The popcorn was also kind of stale and though the little swivel tables seemed nice at first their actual functionality for sharing was low and they proved to be an obstacle when getting in and out of the seat. I would say overall the worst thing about this theater is that only two of their 7 auditoriums have the dolby Atmos and Infinity features. If the rest of the regular screens look like the one I saw Furiousa on then you'd be better off...
Read moreThis regards experience in Theater #7. My wife and I opted to visit here our first time to see âWicked.â And while totally impressed with the movie, the venue fell far short in a most important area. The screen itself has areas where higher intensity light appears in mottled reflections and the projected light onto the screen appears dark, lacks contrast and the focus varies at different areas of projection. Bottom line is that with an incredible cinematic experience such as âWickedâ we were very disappointed that the visual impression was far worse than that weâve experienced at other area cinemas. ACX touts a âApple digital experience.â If that is the case then the experience is of far lower quality than others available and compromised what should have been an incredible motion...
Read moreWent to this theater last night to see Lilo and Stitch. We had a great experience up until we decided to walk into the theater to find our seats. The seats that we had purchased and spent almost $150 on for our group of 7, had been triple booked and sold to two other groups of people! Please tell me HOW that happens?! The man working the concession stand told us to sit wherever but because of the popularity of the movie, the theater was almost completely booked. Some of us ended up in seats that had been reserved by other paying customers and there was so much back and forth between the three groups with the usher, that we almost missed the start of the movie. I will likely not be back to this theater. Mistakes like this donât...
