Matts Card Shop — Local services in Blue Ash

We were up at Kenwood all day and at 9pm we decided to map card shops and wanted to check this place out. Our maps app said they were open until 10, but they actually close at 9.

The person at the store was kind enough to let us in to browse around after hours and we ended up grabbing some One Piece and MTG.

It’s a small local shop with a just a few tables, but they’ve got One Piece, Lorcana, Magic, singles, some sleeves and stuff, and I even caught a glimpse of Warhammer kits. It seems like they’re running TCG events most nights of the week, even for things like Digimon.

He definitely did not have to let us in after closing but that kindness and hospitality is not lost on us. This was our first visit so we can’t speak to much more of the selection or customer service than that or how consistent it is, but this first visit left an impression and as player/collectors we’re always happy to see card shops trying their best.

We appreciate you letting us shop late. If we’re ever back up this way you can expect to see us again!

This new card shop has an awesome atmosphere and super friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable staff. So fun to draft for FNM and it stays on time so you aren’t there all night long. Super clean as well. This might be my new favorite MTG spot around Cincy....
