Sweatt Shop is unlike any other gym in Cincinnati. I have been training there for 2 years now and do not plan on ever training anywhere else. The highly specialized equipment at Sweatt Shop is extremely hard to find at any other gym likely because it is highly specific and highly effective. The gym has an extremely electric atmosphere due to the hard work output by all the members there. It goes without saying that if you want to train there and be successful you will definitely have to work hard. The atmosphere, the equipment, and the programming will all get you there. I first started training after 15 years of lifting weights with unremarkable results. Not long after training at Sweatt Shop I was able to add significant muscle mass, add numbers to my total and become significantly more mobile, all while learning the sport of powerlifting.
