Starbucks — Restaurant in Blue Ash

The clover is great and worth the drive out of the way from other Starbucks. The staff seems overworked and tired, but they're always hard working and kind. They go out of their way to make conversation even during a rush; a nice touch. If anything the only thing wrong with the location are the customers who tend to bring their kids thinking that the sign says McDonalds. The majority of customers are business types who need space, like me, for our projects. However, there is only one big table that most people there are too shy to share. There's plenty of room at the big table for all of us, lab tops and business portfolios included; besides, I don't bite. But on two occasions I've been actually asked to leave by 'McCustomers' with their kids who figure the big table is their birthright and won't share it with me, even when I was there first. Most of the time, I check to see who is actually sitting there before I decide if I should stay or should get my Clover and go.

Great staff, great coffee, (some)...

So I'm sure that you've heard of Starbucks and if not, they do good lattes and have some good coffee to purchase. So I always ask myself how to rate or judge one of these locations. This one at Regency Commons is a miss or really a miss when it comes to the staff. Rarely have I been impressed with the staff. Generally they come across as too busy or unfriendly. However, they do have time to have conversations between each other. And before you ask these conversations are not always work-based. Now, a positive is if you just want to get out of the house and use their wifi; they certainly leave you alone. Their coffees are good, not great. Lattes are wonderful. Location is nice but doesn't have a drive-thru. Plenty of parking but it can get busy throughout the day due to other businesses along with...

First time I have ever left a review on Starbucks . This place needs to actually give people what they are ordering and paying for . The Baristas do not pay attention to what’s on the stickers.

Im friendly and polite , I give every detail for my simple hot American with room , add a shot ,and cream is on the side.

I went 7 days when in town on business and not once was it right. They’d fill it to the top and have to end up dumping a good amount out so that I’d have room. This means they are dumping out the espresso/coffee that I payed for. To all baristas If you dump it out to get room that’s not a complete Americano with an extra shot . That’s cheating
