Let me preface this by saying that I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, good or bad. However, my experience on 1-17-22 at this Chipotle was so horrible that I felt the need to. I arrived at the restaurant around 8:00PM and was one of two people at the store. I ordered my usual and was shocked at how it seemed the employees were intentionally trying to give me the least amount of each ingredient that they could. The male employee seemed rushed even though I was one of only two people in the store, and didn’t listen to what I was actually saying. He later angrily accused me of mumbling, though I was speaking in a normal volume of voice. I guess it’s my fault they blare their odd music in the store? I asked for extra brown rice and chicken (a normal portion) on my burrito and the employee gave me barely half a spoonful of rice and barbacoa. When I pointed out that I didn’t order what he made, he got extremely rude. A female employee then took over and made the order, though still not how I asked for it. At that point, I was hungry and don’t want to go somewhere else, so I just went with it. The food tasted as you would expect but the inattentiveness as well as the rudeness of the employees, and the fact that my order was made as skimpy as they could get away with is what prompted one star and this review. I’ve been a Chipotle fanatic for years (I even went there in 2015 when they were dealing with all the norovirus issues), but this location has made me reconsider whether I want to eat at any of their locations again. If you want to raise prices, that’s your prerogative, but the least you can do is have employees who listen and don’t get frustrated, then rude, when you point out their mistakes and give people what they’re paying for rather than trying to skimp on everything. Read moreThis location is usually pretty busy around lunch time. Which is completely understandable. However, I just went there and they ran out of chicken and I got the last bit in the tin which was maybe 10 pieces and little overcooked gross pieces. I didn’t say anything, thinking that they were going to refill the chicken and put more in my bowl however that didn’t happen so I asked for more chicken seeing as how I’m going to get charged for a whole portion when I only got 10 pieces and some scraps. So once I got more chicken and the bowl was finally passed -the employee who was doing the other side’s was going so fast that she put barely any cheese on my bowl and then started putting a lid on it before I could even get a chance to say can I have more cheese so finally when I did say that she looked at me very annoyed and added more cheese. Now I worked in the food industry before and I understand the rush gets really busy and you want to make sure you get everyone through the line quickly I completely understand that. However, you still have to make sure that you’re putting out good food. And if you’re going to get annoyed with a customer when you were going way too fast before they could even speak to you then that’s your fault. Read moreThe worst experience as a door dasher in this location, I have been doing DD for two years and I never had a problem before with the employees of this location. There is an Afro American employee that wears pink braids who is mean and rude to me every time that I ask for my order, he either do not look at me when I ask and don't answer me or he can have my order on his hands and I ask to give it to me please and he just keep walking towards the shelf and leave it there and roll his eyes on me. Today he made me wait 12 min for and order that was ready, once again he saw me there waiting, the restaurant was empty and he doesn't even say can I help you or what's the name or your order as normally other employees do, well, another door dash fella came in he was afro American and this employee immediately came to him and ask him the name of his order. We don't need more hate in this world to me he was been raicist , you know, fair is fair and as a company you have to treat your costumers right and with respect. What an awful experience. I am a costumer as well and I am not buying anything from this store again. If this location thinks it’s easy to be a dasher I dare you guys to come on and try to chase your orders at least one day.
