My wife bought a shirt for me at the mcCaysville location before this Covid nonsense started and it was the wrong size. We went back to try and return and on arrival I noticed the two employees had their masks off and walking around inside the store! As we are walking in the store to exchange they quickly put the masks back on and proceeded to tell us we could not enter unless we have a mask on. If I wanted to be told what to wear or had to have on to shop and spend my money at an establishment I will move to a communist country. If I wanted to wear a mask I would wear one but I choose not too. If you choose to wear one that’s your choice. I will never return to this store and about 5 others that where trying to enter the store and told to leave will probably not return either. All we wanted to do was exchange it for a different size but we could not. We are locals and I know stores like that cater to tourists and probably won’t miss our business but oh well...

I like the shirts me and my cousins picked out, but when we rang up everything the prices seemed a little too much so I went back that same day to return and the older lady who was there in a rude tone told me no returns or cash back. I was outside of the store not even in ear shot of the lady when I was telling my cousins the lady in there was rude to me with her tone telling me no returns. And I turn around and she comes outside the store to yell at me and get in my face that she was not being rude and not to tell people that because all she did was tell me no returns. I don't even know how she could have heard me unless she followed me or something, but you have no business to go outside your business to yell at a customer who was only telling her cousins not strangers you were rude. I liked the clothes but that awful lady ruined...

What a horrible experience for my 13 year old! She used her birthday money to purchase what she thought was a 6 dollar bracelet. The total came up to over 18 bucks. She paid and didn't move from register. She looked at me and said 18 dollars? So I proceeded to ask the cashier, Murphy why so much? I said she got a six dollar bracelet?
