Neat interior. Ice Cream: Top notch ice cream with a ton of flavors. Got 3 cones for the kids and one double scoop for adults to share. Got a Rainbow Sherbet waffle cone, Strawberry waffle cone, and Chocolate cake cone. Adult cone had a chocolate chip dough and praline pecan double scoop. Vibe/Interior: it is a very tight space, especially with Covid protocols in place. They make it work, but it can get really crammed when it's crowded. Service: very friendly and helpful even though it was starting to get slammed. Summary: Neat Spot for a Cone of Refreshing Ice Cream

Friendly staff and ice cream on a warm spring day, what more can you ask for? Some hot dogs of course, wait there is that too. Being located steps from where the blue ridge scenic railway railcars load and unload you can’t pass up in this special treat. Quick and easy to order and ice cream is well……. Always good. Friendly service is what you’ll find at the establishment, on the other side it appears they also have plenty of the blue ridge gelrgia trinkets and wine tasting too. All this bundled up in a quaint old rail car, how fitting!

My husband and I visited to get a mid afternoon snack! I got the 2 scoop cup with butter pecan and bear claw. My husband got strawberry and pothole. Definitely recommend you stop in and give them a try! Currently due to COVID, no sampling. However, the ladies are super helpful in helping you decide on flavors that pair well with each other and will satisfy your craving!

Gentleman working on evening of 6.12.21 extremely rude to my family bc it was a large group and the 4 kids were taking literally 1min to scan the menu. Acted overwhelmed and concerned how we were paying as a group instead of serving us and dealing with payment at checkout counter. He should not be working the ice cream service counter, maybe just behind the scenes or cash register. Needs to work on uptight demeanor and ALOT on customer service skills . Had my kids not been so excited we would have walked out (They as well as other adults in family immediately got uncomfortable and rushed by his attitude) The young lady there was nice. After lunch at a burger joint in Blueridge that also sold ice cream, we opted to try MooBears for ice cream. They offered free samples, unlike the place we had eaten lunch at. The ice cream was very very good and the employees were beyond gracious to let os sample as many as we wanted until we came to a decision. The Georgia Pot Hole satisfied my chocolate craving.
