So disappointed in my experience! I specifically went to this jewelry store based on its positive reviews. I found Craig arrogant and unwelcoming from the beginning. It was very clear by his demeanor that he didn't have time for me or my 80 year old mother and our jewelry/coin collection. Seems Craig couldn't get past my "baggie" system - sorry I didn't have my scrap gold and silver, jewelry in need of repair, and jewelry in need of professional cleaning sorted in silk satchels.

Craig actually commented that he was working on a design piece when we walked in and that he didn't have time to go piece by piece through baggies if that's what the rest of our coin collection and antique jewelry pieces looked like!! I specifically asked him over the phone if the afternoon would be a good time to come in. Sorry to have been such an inconvenience, taking a few extra minutes of your time to untangle some items that got intertwined. I hope the design piece you were working on turns out to be a masterpiece.

I have been a teacher for 20 years. I treat all students equally, whether they have on a $200 pair of jeans or a dirty old pair from the day before! It's just plain and simple respect. You weren't even enough of a gentleman to shake our hand or find another chair for us to sit in. I had to pull my own bench over from a wall area - it's the little things that can make a big difference in quality customer service.

He showed us a variety of diamonds to choose from but we selected a beautiful diamond ring that was part of his design collection. We decided to get a matching band for this beautiful ring.
