This is the worst Mellow Mushroom we have ever visited. We came in for dinner and it was not busy at all, but it took over 15 minutes to seated as 4 employees continually passed by us without doing anything or letting us know if someone was going to help. After finally being seated and our order taken, it took over an hour before my youngest to get pretzel bites and then to see two other families that were seated about 20 minutes after us getting their food before us. We ordered 1 medium pizza, nothing complicated. In that same amount of time we saw our waitress once, no refills and no contact from anyone. The manager, Mikale, was only went by the one table that had food to make sure she was validated in doing a good job. I finally talked to the manager and was met with complete disrespect and thought it was funny that we had been sitting there for an hour without food or drinks. We finally received our food, which we had to get to-go since we had a 3 hour drive ahead of us. The manager took off a whopping 10% for us and continued to find it funny as we walked out.

On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (2021) I put in an online order for 2 Large Pizza at 4:15 PM and scheduled carry out/pick up at 6:00 PM. I knew it would be busy but when we got there they had lost the order and took another hour to get it ready. I specifically put my order in early and gave them a large window thinking they would be busy and dealing with staff shortages. Losing the order then taking an hour to correct it was unacceptable, but I did not complain at the time out of respect for the staff and how busy they were. I did submit an online customer service complaint the following Monday, (with receipt number.) Its December 28th and no one from this company has bothered to respond or even put on a pretense of caring. This is why I am changing my review, and taking my business to another, local business.
