Very disappointed in my experience at this salon. I was skeptical from the beginning and actually almost left before they even started. First thing is they have plastic covers that cover the pedicure baths which is great BUT there are pieces that attach that go over the plastic. I witnessed them switching the plastic but not cleaning the pieces that attach which seems pretty unsanatary considering someoneâs feet were just in that water and touching those attachments. The next thing I witnessed was the lady took the tools she was just using on the precious customer..took them to the sink and rinsed them off and then put them in one of those bags they put the tools in before they put them in the sanitizer box then brought them over to use on the lady next to me. Luckily, I witnessed the girl doing my pedicure take the new CLEAN tools directly from the sanitizer box. The girl that did my pedicure was sweet but for 45$ and for it to be considered the âdeluxeâ there wasnât anything special about it. I had to come home and use a pumis stone because the dead skin was still there. It was just an over all poor experience and I will never return to this salon again. Hope they step up their cleanliness because it left much to be...
Read moreBEWARE: This establishment really closes at 5:45 NOT 6:30. âWe take our last customer 45 minutes before we close.â 2 stars because Julie actually does a good job.
Both times I have been here have been terrible. 1st experience, I came in and said hello, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help for 25 min. Literally standing at the door like an idiot, while making EYE CONTACT with every single one of the nail techs đ So I made it a point to walk over to a nail tech and made her help me. Pretty ridiculous. Fortunately, the person that did my nails did a decent job and she is the only reason I gave them another chance.
My 2nd experience I go in and they turned me away because I came in right at 5:45. Really?! đ and if that is their policy, then change the sign to 5:45. Because any normal/good business will take customers in up until the very last minute of their closing time (6:30) What time yâall wanna get out of work is not our problem.
Yâall do good nails but your nasty attitudes and lack of professionalism blows my mind. Think about that the next time no...
Read moreIâm at so worried and scared right now. I live in Georgia and always get my lashes donât here. Motherâs Day weekend my Bf surprised me with a trip to Hilton head. I stopped at a restaurant and was inquiring about salons that does lashes and the bartender recommended this place. I went and while the lady was doing my lashes it burnt so bad and smelt like nail glue. I had to stop her and ask what was she using if itâs nail glue. I asked her to use the hair glue because Iâve used it many times and it never burn. She assured me that it was lash glue and the owner doesnât even want them to have the hair glue in the shop. She said usually other customer use the tape. She had already started so I opted to use the tape. When she was done and took the tape off it burned even more. Now going into week half of one eye fell out and the other half is glued to my skin, I may have to have a professional remove them. If the owner reads these reviews please stop using that glue...
