Go through drive thru. All I have to say is rude. Lady at speaker and at window. (A) ... Me(B) Ordering went like this.(A)" Can i help you?." (B)"Could I get a popcorn chicken meal please.. " (A)" pull around for your total."(B)" I have more to order."(A) *A exhale of disgust * "ok" (B)" a wing dinner ...." (A) "dat all?" (B) " not yet" ... another order...(A) "dat it?" (B) "not yet" another order " (A) "Is That All?" (B) "Still not all " *getting a little upset in my voice. * .... order another or and a few sides without giving any time for an interruption. (A) "Is that all?!?" (B) "yes it is." (A) "pull forward" * no total or anything just pull forward. ....
Get to the window to see my prize... (A) "34.?? " * puts hand out window* (B) "could you read back what I ordered?" (A) * to the car behind me [I can only assume in the middle of what they were saying or ordering.] "Hold on for a min." * then speaking to me. * "What you need" (A) could you read back what I ordered please" * mind you at this point I'm not the happiest. So, they might have been a slight attitude in my voice. (A) exhale scuff sound again you got a number 1,6,a tree piece etc.... [mind nothing I order was by number. I have no clue what a number 1 is or anything else. ] .... $34.?? (B) ok?? hands credit card to her (A) [yet again] ugh scuff exhale sound [In my head beings I have worked fast food and in F&B most of my life. ( THIS IS YOUR JOB!!! IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT QUIT!!!!!)]
3 minutes later I get my card and receipt back... and what do I see on this receipt but what I ordered but without any numbers ... made me a little happier that I could actually know what I ordered.
Now to the BAD PART We my wife and I the watch her through this *clear.... F-ing CLEAR glass window notvwash her hands or put on gloves or ANYTHING start opening boxes, puting in the paper liners and chicken etc ..... I'm sorry but are we not in the middle of flu and cold season... is she not handling money from who knows who. That's just disgusting!!!! Ahhhhh .... then by the time we got home after talking about the experience of the year this far. No one ate .... cereal and pb&j.
I could have just saved $34 bucks.

Read moreAll of the staff who works around the customers seemed to be in a bad mood. The cashier was just completely AWFUL. I get just having a bad day but this was just something else. I walked up to the counter and the girl was leaning on the counter and didn't acknowledge me at all. I didn't know whether to start giving my order or not. She didn't confirm any of the orders and she treated everything I said like an inconvenience. She asked whether I wanted a 3 or 6 piece. I said 3 and she gave me 6 pieces and charged me for it. She also made a mistake on another order that could've been easily avoided if she would've listened or even confirmed the order. Right as we sat down she ran to the parking lot to a car and started drinking straight liquor from the bottle, smoked a cigarette and came back in. Now I'm starting to wonder if she made all of those mistakes and was acting like that because she was drunk. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable. First time there and I'm definitely ok with not going back. If you're in the area I'd really suggest either going through the drive through or just going some place else...
Read moreAlways kept a soft spot for fast food workers because of their hectic shifts, but this situation was sickening. I ordered through the drive-through and specified my order twice for clarification. I drove off with my order, realized it was wrong, and turned back. I asked for them to remove the wrong piece and substitute it for what I ordered, and the worker agreed. (I DID NOT EAT ANYTHING YET, JUST CHECKED THE BOX)
The second worker had a conversation with the first, took off his gloves, and brought my food out of sight. Moments later, the first worker gave me my order with a smile, which made me think the issue was resolved.
When I pulled over and checked again, my meal was the exact same and looked tampered with. Don't spend your hard-earned money to get disrespected here. It is a shame, and I would never recommend. If you didn't want to correct the order then say that, instead of potentially placing my well-being in...
