In order to leave an honest review I must say I now know just how little work ethic is executed by the staff members as well as team members of the night crew specifically. I have no other option but to take my money elsewhere in future references..With this being said I'd like to leave this review in order to somehow reduce the amount of false statements or advertisement provided to dedicated customers due to the lazy unreliable sources of employment representatives and or staff members in this district. I understand people have to get things done at scheduled times for closing hours and I don't know exactly what the exact criteria is here, but I worked fast food long enough to understand that until the last customer has been seen and taken care of to your fullest capabilities that even if you have cleaned or pulled anything on the minues being displayed they technically are able to reopened registers in order to achieve their duties and accuracy in numbers. I hate to be the person to leave such a long bad review to my favorite fast food chain but ithas been a tremendously difficult time for families to be able to do the bair minimums as to provide meals quickly and at last minute such as the ones only made possible to those brave enough and determined to work as a team with other fastfood essentials workers of the local areas suffering from the social distancing protocols. Furthermore I called ahead of time to be wrongfully informed that ordering online was acceptable rather than calling in the order while already on the line with an employee more than capable of taking a second to jot down a few items.. I then proceeded to make an attempt to personally order food at 10:45 to be ignored completely as I called from the drive through..    Read moreIf I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Iâve had 2 negative experiences where I wanted to get the manager. First I came in and waited about 10 mins inside waiting to order. Then a women walked over and told me I had to order on the kiosk. I ordered and then heard the woman muttering to her co worker that they had too many people in the drive thru and would not take my order. I waited about 20 more mins before I just left. The next time I went through the drive thru and when I was ordering I told the lady I wanted a cravings box. She proceeded to give attitude and say which one. I told her the $5 cravings box on the menu. She said there are multiple which one do you want. I once again said the $5 cravings box under combos on the menu. After that she didnât say anything else to me. She didnât tell me my price or to pull up. I drove forward and waited in line for about 45 mins. Once I got to the window she didnât open the door to take my cash for about 5-10 mins. When she wanted to take my money she didnât tell me how much I owed or anything and when I tried handing her my money she would not lean over and grab it. She made me GET OUT OF MY CAR to hand her my money. When she took my money she snatched it out of my hand and rolled her eyes. When she came back with my change once again she would not lean over and hand it to me and I had to get out. She dropped my change on the ground. When she came back with my food later I asked her can you please lean over and hand me my food. And she just looked at me with her eyes squinted and after I asked her again she said no.    Read moreThis is by far the absolutely worst taco bell I have ever visited. To start off I used the app and made a moble order for pickup in store. I arrived to the store and proceeded to wait I'm the parking lot for around 30 minutes until the app said my order was ready. I went to the doors to enter and collect my moble order to the surprise that the doors were locked to the lobby. I looked inside and saw that the lobby was around a third of the way full of people eating at tables yet the lobby was completely locked at both entrances. I called the store number and they told me that they weren't letting anyone else into the lobby and I had to go through the drive through to pick up my moble order. After arguing with them why they can't just bring it out to the doors I reluctantly we to the drive through. At the time I entered the drive through there we 16 cars in line already and wrapping around the building into the road. I had to wait another 45 minutes in the drive through alone just to get to the window and they hand me a bag of cold food and drinks that had melted ice. The order was clearly done earlier yet the employees couldn't bear to open the lobby or bring moble orders outside. This has been the absolute worst experience I've had at any taco bell. And I wasn't the only one this affected. There were at least 6 other people who had moble orders waiting to get theirs only to have the lobby locked. They need to work on their...
