Initially I was happy with my service. My screen was shattered and I had it repaired at this store. Before I walked out, I bought a case that the gentleman helping me had assured me would protect my phone even if it were dropped. I’d used that line of case on my previous phones and knew they worked well. I recently upgraded phones and was planning on giving my 7 plus to a relative until I took it out of the case and saw the screen was messed up. The paint all along the sides of the screen was cracked and the screen was loose. It had never once been taken out of the expensive protective case, but of course the store manager immediately used the line that the warranty was voided by having dropped the phone. My last phone never would’ve gotten damaged in the first place if I’d been using my usual case instead of the Mophie one I’d had it in. As I’d used Lifeproof and Otter Box cases for my last five IPhones and know they damn well do their jobs when life happens—which is why they’re guaranteed like they are—and have traded in all my previous phones with zero damage to them, and also having worked for a major cell provider in the past—I know this wasn’t fixed properly to begin with and that these guys don’t stand by shoddy work that happens. The store manager blew up my phone after I said this and walked out, but never should have let me walk out the door in the first place. Sometimes people don’t do a great job—it happens, but to just toss out the line that the customer had to have screwed something up without even considering the possibility that they didn’t is really bad customer service. Until I was told those words, I told everyone I know to go there for help....
Read moreSaying we are dissatisfied doesn’t cover it. 11 days ago we went to the store to inquire about replacing the screen on an ipad. We were told it would take 2-3 days and that they had to order the part as the screens were very specific in terms of compatibility and if not used could damage the tablet. They ordered the part we droppoed off the tablet and came back the next day to find they had ordered the wrong part, and then went against their own recommendations to use an incompatible part. The ipad then failed entirely and couldn’t be used. We informed them of the issue they said they had the part in stock and would fix it next day. We dropped off the tablet and a day later we went to pick it up, only to find they didn’t have the part they ordered it and it was in house now to fix. Two more days passed and I called the store to see what the status was. Despite the prior assurances the device hadn’t been touched and to cap it off “it would be worked on if the technicians felt like it.” We have already paid for this repair, CPR messed it up and now they will fix it if they feel like it????? Maybe i should pay if I feel like it. I have never seen such a lack of customer service, and professionalism. If you’re considering a repair business DO NOT USE THIS ONE!! The other reviews must be written by employees looking for a raise. At this moment in time I am not sure they could replace a light bulb or manage themselves nevermind an ipad screen and a business. Even after all this the tablet is...
Read moreAbsolutely avoid this place. If you for whatever reason have them reverse a repair on your phone, they may (WILL) damage the internals of your phone, and you will not even know until another repair company touches it. Around 3 months ago I took my s24 ultra to them for a screen repair. The screen only had a no display problem, but the screen still registered touch and interactions. After agreeing to email me, when it would be ready, but stating it would be ready that day, I recieved no communication from the tech. I showed up 20 minutes before they closed (3+ hours after dropping the phone off). After a long winded explanation of how he cant get the back cameras to work properly, I have him reverse the repair, and put the old screen back on since I was not paying $400+ for a still broken phone. Today (9/6/2024) I took the phone to UbreakIfix (authorized samsung repair location), they stated the motherboard is damaged from a previous repair attempt. They stated it would not be worth the $300 to attempt the screen repair as there was a high chance the phone may not function regardless and I would be out $300. Avoid CPR. Stick to authorized service locations for your phone. Not only will you pay less, they are far more reliable and less likely to break the internals of your phone without...
