Did a phone app order, patiently waited for the order to say it was ready to be picked up... after 30 mins past the estimated pick-up time and the app still saying its been put into the oven, I stepped to the counter and asked about the status of my pizza. Then with a little bit of an attitude the cashier told me that that order under my name was already picked up, as if that was the end all be all of the transaction, he proceeded to walk away. I called for his attention and showed him the app on my phone with it still saying it was still in the oven. Eventually, I'm assuming a manager, came to talk to me and offered to make my order again, but unfortunately, after waiting 45mins after my pick-up time, I was out of time and had to drive back the 30mins I already had driven to get back home. They reluctantly gave me a refund. The manager seemed embarrassed by the whole transaction and was very nice and courteous and even offered to give me the same order for no charge if I called back sometime. Read moreIf I could rate a 0 for everything, I would. Ordered pizza on the app. I needed to cancel for unforeseen circumstances. You are not able to cancel on the app so I called the store. They said I would receive a refund. After not receiving my refund for 2 weeks I called. They transferred me to corporate. Corporate said that it was in the stores hands. This back and forth went on for OVER A MONTH.
Finally received a call for the owner saying they would not refund my order and would only comp me for not even half my order. The owner was hostile and rude. He did not communicate with me about ANYTHING.
I have never worked with a company so unwilling to help their customers. The owner was trying to gaslight me into thinking I placed the order at the wrong store and it was my fault for cancelling my order over the phone over an hour before pickup time.
On top of it all they were not apologetic or understanding about the situation. The owner is just in it for the money and truly does not care about...
Read moreOrdered a simple stuffed crust with extra cheese. My girlfriend picked it up and brought it home. We live around 30 min away. I opened it up and it was a pepperoni with hardly any cheese and looked like it was sitting for awhile. Called them back and nicely told them our situation. They, in turn, wanted me to take another hour out of my day to drop it off and pick up the other one. They refused to deliver, refused refund, and offered nothing. (Manager included, stated it was store policy) Wasting time and spending more then the pizza cost in gas, without even a coupon offer? I mean come on PPL!!! It’s absolutely absurd to order a pizza and have it take over 2 hrs out of a day to be able to sit down and eat the pizza I actually ordered. I love the stuffed crust from here.
