A Stellar Experience at Macy's Southern Park Mall - Beth, A True Gem!
From the moment we stepped into Macy's at Southern Park Mall, we were wrapped in an unexpected adventure that turned a potential crisis into a memorable highlight. Facing a nerve-wracking hiccup on my sister's wedding day due to a communication breakdown with her makeup artist, we found ourselves at Macy's, hoping to grab a suitable foundation that I, albeit no professional, could use to ensure my sister looked her best on her big day.
Enter Beth, the epitome of customer service excellence and the hero of our story. Not only did Beth extend her expertise beyond the call of duty by offering to do my sister's makeup, but she also performed magic. Beth's skills were nothing short of miraculous, transforming a stressful morning into a scene straight out of a bridal magazine. The makeup was flawless, accentuating my sister's natural beauty and leaving her glowing with confidence.
Beth's interaction with us was beyond professional; it was genuinely caring and supportive, making us feel valued and understood in a moment of chaos. Her ability to connect, reassure, and deliver exceptional service under pressure was truly commendable. The outcome was a breathtaking bride, whose radiant beauty was matched by her gratitude towards Beth's kindness and skill.
My only regret amidst this whirlwind of positivity was having to leave town before I could return to Macy's to purchase some foundation and brushes for myself, inspired by Beth's incredible work. Beth at Macy's Southern Park Mall didn't just save the day; she left an indelible mark on our hearts with her exceptional service, proving that in the world of retail, genuine compassion and talent like hers are priceless.
To anyone finding themselves at Macy's, especially at the Southern Park Mall, know that you are in the best of hands. And to Beth, thank you. You are not just an asset to Macy's; you are a beacon of light in the often tumultuous sea of customer service. Your dedication, skill, and heart are what every service experience...
Read moreOverall decent experience, decided to go in a walk around to look because we had time to kill. We wanted to check out the toys r us section up top so we got on the escalator and my boyfriend had dropped something so he had to walk down Iike 3 steps to pick it up and then walk 3 steps up to get back to his original spot. This very rude worker who did the same thing we did (walked up the escalator instead of standing there) shouted from the top and said âitâs not a toyâ as we were doing nothing wrong. And after she had shouted this she proceeded to walk away without even looking at us. Very unprofessional. If youâre gonna yell at someone for doing something âwrongâ have the decency to look at them. Very rude. As we were also looking in the toy section she kept glaring at us and staring us down as if we were doing something wrong. Made us very uncomfortable and not want to come back. The lady was older looking, blond ish hair and i believe her name was Sharon. Maybe Stephane or Stacy. Lot of entitlement there for people that walk around the store and gossip all day. Terrible customer service. Wouldnât be surprised if they go out of...
Read moreI would first like to state that i am a black woman. I walked into Macys with my black boyfriend and immediately i was met with attitude and i did not feel welcome. We continued to walk to the furniture isle and as we were looking at couches i noticed that a worker (white woman with long black hair) was watching us and following us wherever we went. If i looked into a drawer, she looked into that same drawer after i had left. If i looked at a couch she looked at that same couch for something after i had left. she was just overall making me and my boyfriend feel very uncomfortable and watched as if we had done something wrong. We were shopping and looking at couches. I then stated that if the woman had kept following me and my boyfriend that i would call the police because at that point it would be harassment. I then look to my left and see an older gentleman in his 40âs (a shopper) calling the police on me? Again, we did nothing wrong. At that point i felt so uncomfortable and racially profiled that me and my boyfriend left the store. My heart goes out to any other black woman or man that has experienced racism...
