I recently moved to Florida and I am so grateful to God to have found Boca Chiropractic! It was a life changing appointment that provided me (for the first time in several years) with HOPE and solid insight and answers, to my many years of debilitating pain. It was the first time in 3 years that I felt heard and was able to visually see the X-Ray of the pain I had been trying to explain for years. Dr. McNabb is by far the most knowledgeable and passionate doctor, chiropractor and expert I have been treated by thus far, especially in the chiropractic field. Dr. McNabb truly cares about his patients and it shows. Dr. McNabb not only addresses and treats the outward symptoms, but most importantly, he provides expert feedback and an individualized treatment plan that explains and targets healing the root cause of your symptoms. Through technologically advanced X-rays, videos and information, you leave the office feeling like you have a better understanding of your own body and how each piece is connected to the other. You feel empowered about your overall health. The entire process from start to finish was streamlined and efficient. The office and the staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. I seriously couldn't believe how much of a relief and difference I felt after one adjustment. Also, I LOVE that I received an adjustment on my first intake session ( and it wasn't dragged out until the next appt.) To me that shows that Dr. McNabb is solution focused and does not waste any time getting to the root of the pain and helping patients heal and feel empowered. I recommend this place to everyone, especially those who are skeptical of chiropractors. Dr. McNabb is unequivocally one of a kind in his field and his prices are VERY reasonable for the EXCELLENT quality of service and care you are receiving. I Love this place and highly recommend it to everyone (with or without insurance) it is worth the self investment and they work with different payment options to make it achievable. Lastly, I was impressed that Dr. McNabb is also a published author. He has written two books called: SUPERCHARGE YOUR IMMUNITY and The Regenerative Medicine Revolution: How To Turn Back The Clock of Aging. Both sold on amazon or in the office. His passion, commitment, and knowledge for helping patients optimize their overall health is remarkable. My husband has been seeing Dr Matt and Dr E for a few years now and has always spoken very highly of the care they provide. I gave birth to my daughter in February and unfortunately, labor and delivery left me with a very severe herniated disc between my L5 and S1 - in fact, two neurosurgeons and 3 chiropractors deemed it one of the worst they've seen in their careers. After 3 weeks of trying everything under the sun, my husband suggested I schedule a consult with Dr Matt. Thinking it wouldn't lead to any different of an outcome than everything else I had tried at that point, I (slightly) begrudgingly went. Dr Matt reviewed my X-rays and MRI from my previous orthopedic, and laid out a care plan that sounded intense, but was what this injury needed. I was skeptical at first, only because the level of pain was so excruciating that I had truly considered spine surgery just so that I could have some relief and be able to care for my newborn baby like I should have been. Disc injuries are slow and stubborn, and it took the better part of 3 straight months of treatment from both Dr Matt and Dr E (which included multiple visits a week on the decompression table, under shockwave and red light therapy, followed up by an adjustment), but I can finally report that I am about 85-90% better than I was the day after I gave birth. The orthopedic and neurosurgeon I saw told me I would likely never run again (which crushed a lifelong fitness junkie like myself), but with the right providers - Dr Matt and Dr E - and my own stubborn self, we've managed to show that disc it was not welcome and for the first time in almost 4 months, I was able to go for a (very slow) jog without experiencing any pain from the injury. I truly could not have reached this level of healing without the help and support of Dr Matt and Dr E.

And I can't forget the office staff, either! Sam is an angel- super helpful and always on the ball. She was even willing to jump in and help keep an eye on my 3yo while I was on the decompression table a few visits. Phanie is super sweet, quick to respond to messages/emails/phone calls, and made scheduling my insane number of appointments that much smoother.

I have been dealing with chronic back pain since 2021 due to an injury while helping my mother.
