Came in On 7/2, in the early Afternoon. I love the clothes and the presentation of the store. Windsor, at this location has Cute, and reasonably priced clothes. This is my first time at Windsor, so my review is for this location only. I receive a warm and inviting welcome from this petite young lady with blonde hair. She were behind the counter. It appeared as if she perhaps was working on inventory, paperwork, or scheduling; not quite sure. Needless to say: she still made sure she looked up from behind the counter and engaged frequently; I like her, she was very professional. However, there was another young lady that had light reddish/blonde looking hair. She also is petite. She randomly spoke what I assumed to be spanish; it could have been another language, to the other young lady who first welcomed me. She also spoke english very well. The girl with the blondish/reddish hair was moving around in the store. She was very off putting. I picked out a light green dress, light green netted cardigan, long white pants, and a green & white printed bra halter top. I was very happy with my selection and was sold on buying the items. I moved closer to the counter, but not standing in front of the counter/register, I stood on the side. At the time, I was layering the selected items while visualizing what shoes and accessories I wanted to pair with them. I love creating outfit and especially visualizing how everything will look together. The girl with the light reddish/blondish hair asked me: are you ready? I answered: In one minute. I'm assuming she did not hear me, because immediately she asked me again if I was ready? perhaps I said it to low the first time. After I replied again: "Almost, but not yet", I happened to look up as she looked at her co-worker; She was giving an off putting face gesture in regards to me, to her colleague. I wasn't rude and my tone was calm so I'm not sure why she felt compelled to give such gesture. I was in a good mood until I encountered her. My encounter with her was limited, but very unsettling! Prior to this incidents, I wanted to try on a pair of sandles that she went to get for me in the back; even then I picked up on her off putting demeanor. Her demeanor made me uninspired to purchase anything. My husband notice as well. I left my items there and quietly left the store. Perhaps, I will go back once I completely forgive and forget my experience with her. For now, I will order from Stylewe, or Shein where shopping, and convience is...
Read moreCame in to do an online return but wasn’t given good service at all because I didn’t have the physical receipt, just the online confirmation receipt that had the order number, items purchased, prices paid, etc. The blonde girl originally helping me was very sweet and although she didn’t know how to process the return, she was still super polite. She asked for one of her coworkers to help (girl with blue hair) who was extremely rude and dismissive towards me. She tried to tell me the online return wasn’t allowed without a receipt even though I was there on 5/28 and the manager did it for me. She rolled her eyes constantly and was acting like I was an inconvenience. I remained polite and after the manager over the phone walked her through the process, she was still obviously upset that they were in fact able to do the return for me. I said thank you in the end and she didn’t even look at me or respond. If that’s how I was treated even after being calm and polite, I can’t imagine how she is when facing regular customer escalations. Rather drive to coral square in the future. Hopefully management reads this and coaches her on customer...
Read moreSuch a fun location to shop in!! Guilliana was fantastic and attentive to each and every guest in the fitting room. I loved listening to her compliment the shoppers when they stepped out of the fitting rooms in dresses that they’d tried on or when she gave fashion advice if they were unsure how an outfit looked. My daughter found the perfect prom dress, and Giulliana helped take the “mom” stress out of shopping with a coming of age teenager. So very thankful for her kindness, and grateful that she jumped right in and became my daughter’s personal...
