Raw Juce - East Boca — Restaurant in Boca Raton

Sadly, I cannot say one nice thing about this place. I'm sure their shakes are great and I was ready to pay $8-12 a shake, which I think is quiet expensive, however I never even got to try it. As you know, it takes only one time for a consumer to paint a picture of an establishment. If you are poorly treated once, you're likely to never step your foot in the door again. I walked into the store after my yoga class on February 18th. It was my first time and I was excited to have a nice healthy smoothie. When I walked in, the two young girls behind the counter did not even say hello to me after seeing that I was the second person to get served. I thought to myself, forgive them they are inexperienced and probably would rather stay in bed on a Saturday morning. I stood there for 15 minutes and not even an acknowledgement, a hello, a wave, nothing! An adult gentleman who was arranging the front coolers, looked at me and also ignored me, as if I was a ghost. Then one of the girls left the cash register, walked away and totally left me standing there, unassisted. So I gently moved over to the second cash register in hopes of finally getting my shake. The other girl, again, looked at me with a dead face, no smile, and not even a 'I'll be right with you', nothing. I ended up leaving, the adult gentleman saw me leaving and said NOTHING! It just shows you how much the Manager/Owner really cares for their business. This place, although, may serve great shakes, has terrible customer service! I will never step my foot in that...

I took my mom to this location to get us both smoothies as we were coming back from our exercise. I ordered an OMG protein, and my mother ordered a Manglow. When we received the smoothies, mine had very little honey drizzle and almost no oats, and my mothers had very little honey drizzle. I asked the person that took our order if she could add a little bit more honey to make it look like the photo of what I ordered. She’s explained that I had to be more transparent when ordering my smoothie. I repeated myself and asked for it to look like the photo and she repeated herself saying I needed to be more transparent the next time that I order my smoothie. I asked to speak with their general manager, and she claimed that she was their assistant manager and did not want to go get the general manager. The general manager, then came over and gave me a very similar attitude, continuously asking me “what do you want?”. I will never come back to this establishment unless I feel like being treated like trash. Horrible service and horrible presentation.

P.s. make sure to tell the cashier that you want the smoothies to look exactly how they do in the photo. Otherwise they’re going to tell you to be more...

The employees are friendly, happy and patient and the food is yummy. 99.5% of the their items are organic. I love their transparency - anything that isn't organic is posted on the board that day. The kale taco salad is awesome with a burst of lime and cumin. They are starting to add more foods to the menu too. The mock tuna salad and tuna wrap are spiced to perfection and the texture is great. I like the juice but they eliminated my favorite Big Verde which was mostly greens because most customers prefer sweeter juice. The ABJ Wrap is great too.
