I’ll start out by saying that I’m a 34yr old male that knows nothing about jewelry except that I wanted a 18k Cuban Link Bracelet with diamonds. I had originally started my search at the Town Center Mall. I went to every place the could possibly cary jewelry and nobody had 18k gold in bracelets! Also some of the store employees at the mall where just rude and trying to convince me that 10k or 14k is almost the same as 18k and I wouldn’t notice the difference. Everyone told me they could order what I wanted but it would be hard to find what I was looking for in any store. Well thank god I left the mall on my way home and disappointed when I saw a sign for Jewelry! So I thought it’s worth a try and I pulled over. I’ve never seen so many jewelry stores within a store before. Everyone in the place was very kind and helpful as I made my way through all the different stores. I had one questions for every person I visited, do you have 18k gold Cuban link bracelet with diamonds? Some people did have 1 or 2 bracelets but no diamonds and they told me it would be possible to have diamonds set for additional cost. Except I was looking to buy and leave with something on my wrist or not at all.
I was approaching some of the last stores when I met Cheryl. She has such an amazing smile, beautiful and asked how she could help. I told her I was looking for a bracelet in 18k Gold Cuban Link with Diamonds. She did some searching and all of a sudden as if god placed the bracelet in her hand turns around with exactly what I was looking for! I tried not to look to happy you know, in order to negotiate but I’m sure she saw right past me. I had done a little research as not to over pay when I was ready to buy and Cheryl being the sweetheart she is spent over 1hr answering all my questions. She even went above and beyond and told me what to look for in Diamonds and educated me in the quality of diamonds. It was important to understand to make sure the bracelet I was buying had high quality diamonds and not trash, causing me to over pay. For every question she had an elegant answer and a beautiful smile on her face. At no point did she ever make me feel pressured to buy or look like she was annoyed with my millions of questions. We did everything together including verifying the gold to be 18k with a jewelers gun and verifying the diamonds with a diamond tester. In the end I left happy and educated with my beautiful bracelet on my wrist!
I have learned not to trust people over the course of my life but Cheryl has proven to be nothing short of amazing and trustworthy and from this day on will continue to have my business and my friendship.
Thank you...
Read moreMy regret in posting this review is that I am limited to a maximum of 5 stars. A limit like this makes any compliment merely generic. Zo jewelers is a superior business on many levels: HONESTY beyond compare. INTEGRITY in the representation of all their merchandise. FRIENDLINESS toward EVERY potential and existing customer REGARDLESS of the amount of money to be spent. EAGERNESS to satisfy the customer throughout the entire process...purchasing or selling items. THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE of the item under consideration. Information will be imparted from the characteristic analysis of diamonds to the history and details of various watch brands and movements. MANY YEARS of EXPERIENCE in the jewelry industry.Max and Michael have been partners in their business and are not “behind the scenes” owners. They are HANDS ON with their customers. Repeat customer relations is a definite priority...not the size of the sale. During most of my many visits to Zo, I have worked with Debby. She is not pushy. She will be honest with an “impulse to buy” and either say “think about it” or suggest an item more in sync with my style, not my “urge to splurge”. She shows endless amounts of patience in catering to my whims of trying on and “just looking”. As an integral part of the ZO team, Debby is knowledgeable in designer items, watch brand comparisons, and coordinating new pieces with already owned items. Yes. I’m limited to5 stars but most definitely not to words when praising the best...
Read moreHi- I am writing this review in rebuttal to Camille Rames scathing review of Zo diamonds. I am simply appalled. I am the now retired owner of Polo Jewelers in Wellington, Florida. I am also the person who referred Camille to Zo Diamonds. I have known and have been dealing with the owners ( Mike and Max ) for the better part of 30 years. In an industry where many consumers have a built in distrust towards Jewelers to begin with, I can honestly say there are no two finer and trustworthy individuals in this business that I have ever met.
I asked them to do me a favor and take care of Camille, who had reached out to me and told me another jeweler had quoted her hundreds of dollars for a simple repair. After Zo had completed the repair, Camille actually communicated to me her complete satisfaction with their work. What happened in the subsequent time period to make her write such a scathing review I am not sure, but I am also 100% positive they did their very best to rectify the situation. Being a store owner myself, I realized many years ago that every once in a while there comes along a chronic individual that is unreasonable and can't be pleased. This is one such individual.
Upon further research, I have found her to habitually abuse businesses of all kinds with poor reviews. She surely can't realize the damage she might be doing to otherwise upstanding...
