PINK — Local services in Boca Raton

Think twice before becoming a client. My wife purchased a product at the store and she had a terrible idea to have a pink credit card. Because of that, I had to pay 55% more for late fees and finance charges credit. All that because they are completely unorganized. I couldn't make an online payment because I did not have the credit card number so I was told to go to a store and pay in cash and the cashier said she could not take it. So I was told that a new cc was sent to my house and I could make the payment online. So I called them to say I needed to pay the bill and I was told by phone my bill was paid at the store. Next month I receive another bill that I needed to pay. Well, I called them again and I made the payment by phone and the person told me it had worked and weeks later they called saying that the payment did not go through. So I made the payment for the 3rd time. Now I've got another bill charging me for all those late fees. The worst part was I called customer service and I explained what had happened and the guy said something and hung up on me. Advice. Runaway from Victoria's Secret...

Maybe because I'm a man I don't know but I get uncomfortable everytime I shop here for my wife I totally understand the staff has to do their job and ask if you need help. But everytime I'm acknowledged by the staff I'm constantly stared at and watched over the entire time I am there to the point I've almost walked out a couple of times. I'm not sure if this location has had issues with men being here but it sucks to feel unwelcomed every time...

Horrible customer service and rude employees. After an employee ripped up my 15$ off coupon, my store card wasn’t going through so I simply asked for the coupon back since I couldn’t make the purchase (not knowing she had ripped it up) once I spoke to the manager, that same employee had tried budding into our conversation trying to save herself.
