Burlington — Local services in Bolingbrook

Was in there last night Christmas shopping and went to cash out everything was good up til their machine decides to act up and “not”take my payment. They had be waiting forever well supposedly trying to figure it out because on my end the money came out and said transaction was completed. Total was $150 and they wanted me to leave myself on top of now being out the $150 because I got mad they called the cops knowing damn well anyone would get mad also especially in this economy. The cop even told them can you meaning the store cancel the transaction to see if money goes back to my card. Why couldn’t they do that from start. They wanted to act like they were helping when I said call back to area manager they called the cops instead that is ridiculous and horrible customer service I will not ever be returning to that store and I was a very frequent customer to that location since we live close by never again. I payed for the stuff they didn’t want to give me on top of embarrassing me by calling the cops as if we stole when all of them seen on my account the transaction went though. It was around 8pm last night that whole crew was horrible with a horrible attitude and didn’t know what they were doing also giving other customers attitude besides me. None of them looked like they wanted to be there that whole store needs a whole new team. Will also being taking this to corporate and whoever...

I prefer to visit this location more than the one closer to me since I find this location relatively better.

Their customer service is always at par no matter which location, however, most of the time, you would have to wait in a long queue.

The store can be messy at times, and some of the aisles are found to be unruly and hardly touched upon.

The good thing is that their prices are highly reasonable when it comes to home decor & kitchen items. But i feel they really need to focus on the organization of the store for an overall better...

This store is soooo slow checking People out!!! I was in there the other day and They weren’t even busy and it felt like I was in line during the holiday! Unbelievable!!! Manager lady was just talking to the cashier instead of getting on a register to help ! One cashier turned around and was putting hangers away !! If you want to be in line all day this is the place for you ! They definitely will let you stand there forever! They need new training !! New management! Horrible...
