The internal store policy is as follows: Purchases will be accepted for return Or exchange within 30 days. items must be unworn. Unaltered and in its original packaging with all tags attached, unless otherwise posted in the department and or stated on the receipt. (And it's not otherwise posted)

If you're sold an item that's missing parts and you walk out of the store, you're stuck with it and you won't be able to prove it was purchased this way. So no refund.

The store is failing financially, so due to it being short staffed, you will not be able to contact anyone directly by phone.

Customer Support is unable to influence franchise locations in a way that would help you resolve issues. You are at the mercy of whomever is present the day you chose to go to the store to attempt to resolve the issue personally.

I have be going to Macy's for years from different locations but I come to this one a lot and noticed Cassandra I think that's her name and she is a manager, checked me out and it just seemed like she had very passive aggressive responses almost every time. I was shocked that she was a manager to begin with because I literally saw how she was talking to employees like they were incoherent and couldn't handle the job. It's almost like she was belittling them in a sense when she ordered them around. Other than that the dressing rooms were so messy! The clothes were everywhere and in my room I know there's a lot of stained carpets and there's always this lady around the area and I don't think she even wants to clean it up, all the rooms had clothes all over! I just don't understand how some people are clearly doing nothing much in that area and still don't clean the dressing room unless they do that at the end of the day? I don't really know how things work in this location but the other locations I've gone to...
