Chris's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Bonita Springs

So my father just came back from this store a few minutes ago. He went to purchase holiday cards and also had two coupons issued to him because he has a reward account with the store. Apparently the person who was ringing him up either can't read the coupons or didn't understand what they said. Knowing what sticklers they are in this store it is hard to believe!! He should of been able to use both of them if she had rung them up properly (which was explained to her by my Dad). She still either didn't understand or know how because when he started to walk out with his purchase he was handed back one of the coupons! When she was asked "why" by Dad she said "you didn't make a $10 purchase", which he did! Then a very rude person with blond hair (maybe the manager?) got involved and was not only nasty but just lost lots of business. She told him "that hopefully he won't be here next Christmas"!! Well that's a real customer friendly thing to say, NOT!! This store is run by a bunch of old bags that as (having been there many times myself) I said above are sticklers so they should know the coupons that they issue to the reward members. Maybe they don't want there members to use them? Well, Chris you don't have to worry about him (or my family) coming back there next Christmas, Easter, birthday, anniversary or any other possible occasion that we might have!! We will make sure that we tell everyone we know about the rude, indignant customer service that was received by my family member by the employee/manager/owner of this store. At that point it wasn't even about the coupons anymore it was the behavior of the store employee whose disgusting behavior certainly was not deserved by my father who had just spent money in the store! There are PLENTY of other places to spend our money in and we will make sure yours is not one of them! DO NOT patronage this business, go elsewhere you'll be much happier. If I could give this establishment a negative star rating I would! You know where they can put there coupons!!...

The store is a beautiful place. You could find many cute things. But I had the worst Experience going in there with my sister. One of the lady told me if I was reading something I should buy it. The reason I was reading it is because I wanted to buy it, but I didn’t buy it because of how bad they treated me. Right alway when I walked in they were following us around the store. Assuming that we were going to steal. This is not the first time I go in this store feeling this way. I’ve bought many cute stuff from there in the past but I feel like I shouldn’t support them anymore because of how rude they treat their customers. You should never feel discouraged going into the store and feeling like you’re a targeted suspect. My sister and I, are walking around, The lady was working in the back she decided to come to the front because she probably thought that we were gonna break something or ruin something we were simply walking around and looking at the stuff. If you would like to spend your money in a place where you’re feeling targeted when walking in feeling like you’re not welcomed, then go there. But if you’re someone like me, they’ll probably be the last time I walk in there because of how rudely they treated me and how I felt walking out of there I wouldn’t spend a single penny, because of how bad I was treated I was originally going to buy the little book that I was reading but I didn’t because I felt so discouraged from their...

While shopping and holding items I picked up to buy I had a health related emergency that required a bathroom urgently. This is scary to me: I went to the front counter and kindly asked the short haired older lady to please use the bathroom. Shockingly the lady at the counter said her bathroom is for employees only. I became scared and this was turning into a potential nightmare for my well being. I remained very nice and gently put the items I had selected to purchase on the counter and left. Regardless of bathroom policy the shopping was not worth going here again, because several large main shelves were empty, dusty, looking abandoned or as if maybe going out of business. Later tonight I went home and saw HOW MANY 1 STAR experiences other strangers reported and ... it clicked. It appears considerably wise for people to flip this place off when you drive by it. And for those who are wondering the kind folks at the run down dollar store were compassionate and did help me with no problem at all... imagine that. The people inside were smiling. I am upset that Google forces a minimum of 1 star, or else there would be zero...
