“WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE-EVER. My husband stopped in there to give the “little guy” business vs going to Lowe’s or Buchheits. He bought a 300+ dollar weed eater and after getting home with it there was a part missing. Considering time was of the essence for him that day and he needed to use the weed eater “that day“ he drove 35 miles back down there to get the missing part so it could be used. When he got there he was told that they could order the part and it would take about a week. He told them that he couldn’t wait a week and that he would have to return it. They refused to allow him to return the weedeater. It had never been used. He bought it that day. The return policy on the receipt only specified emergency equipment that can’t be returned.
