Giving a 2 star I’m glad I waited to review this place usually they like you to review them as soon as you buy a vehicle stating how well they did… not going to lie about the 2 stars they did a good job selling the vehicle even got me some money off from what they advertised it… only reason I’m giving a two star is the sole reason the bank and car sales place had confusing on some sort of gap… I called the bank did a “welcome call” making sure all info is correct and now I remember what he was talking about on the phone person I was talking to was a foreigner so it’s hard to understand him… I guess he made a note on my account that said something about not wanting my gap insurance? All we talked about was me saving the rest of the money to pay the car off then canceling gap but he made a note in the account of some sort that said I didn’t want the gap? So there’s that confusion I really wanted to leave a 1 star due to the fact of the manager bob over there calling me up making threats about repoing the car but I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt of misunderstanding what the bank told them just to let you guys know I do not take threats likely when I put cash down on a vehicle and your going to come repo it over a misunderstanding? 👍 this honest review will forever live here. Please do not contact me begging me to take it down either I leave honest reviews of what actual events happen :) no offense to Brad or Eric you guys are great salemen
Edit: don’t really know who to believe in this world I take back the 2 stars and recognition of the salemen that “helped me” in addition to the above review in order for the bank to fund the vehicle to the dealership it would have to get some minor issues fixed, already mentioned to the dealership before I even bought the car, the dealership told me when I got the car it comes with a 25,000 mile warranty covers all drivetrain and pretty much 99.9% of what makes the car function it is in BLACK AND WHITE so the dealership tells me we need our money so come back here with the car and we will pay out of pocket to get these two little minor issues fixed maybe $500-1000 in labor and parts if that… I’m waiting a week patiently as much as I could to hear back from the dealership on getting these issues fixed and getting my car back I barely owned it a month like 3 weeks so I really wanted it back! So I called them after being given the run around I finally got a call back from Mr big bag wolf himself, Bob saying we got problems blown motor and transmission etc etc can’t go into specifics the car literally ran and drove just fine other then the 2 issues I’m talking drivetrain wise ran perfect 👍 but moral of this story beware of who you get your vehicles from! Oh and it’s going down a star if I could give 0 I would indeed! Oh and Mrs princess bob this will be reported to the Better Business Bureau #perfectliar...
Read moreWhile the salesman Chris was nice when buying 2 cars there, now with both I am having issues with the cars. The first car I was assured if anything went wrong in the first 30 days it would be covered and while Ford agreed to fix the transmission issue (of which we questioned prior to buying the car and was told it was just from not being driven daily )Mungenast refused to fix the CD player telling me to wait til I have another issue and file a claim which now will cost me 200.00 to fix something that should have been covered. Second I bought a second vehicle and I feel I was hoodwinked. I again was told if issues come up I bought a 3 year warranty it would be no problem. Now the emissions light is on and they are saying this is not covered under the warranty. I feel they knew the code was there when I bought this car and just reset it in hopes the light would not come back on til someone bought the car..Now I am being charged 800 to fix this. Very disappointed they brag that all their used cars are fully gone over prior to coming to the Bonne Terre lot. This in fact was not true in both cases. When I called to discuss this emissions issue I was told I would be given a call back and never even got a call. I WONT be buying there again or...
Read moreDO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I bought a 2007 Chevy trailblazer but before I had a chance to pay for the registration I ended up in the hospital with only 14 percent of my heart functioning and was in and out of the hospital a couple of more times before I tried to register it and they told me the safety report (that I received from Mugenast) was expired. So I went back to see if they couldn't update the report they said no and I took it in to have an inspection done and it failed, turns out that both lower ball joints are worn out which means that Mugenast sold me a vehicle that is unsafe to be on the road but gave me a passing safety report and if I had registered it on time I would never have known until the front end fell apart. The only miles I put on it were highway miles, no gravel roads or off roading. I went back to see if they would stand by their product but they refused I asked if they could at least help out with the repair bill or see if they could get a discount from a shop that they use, the manager said he would call later that day and no call. SO BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK BETTER STILL DON"T BUY FROM MUGENAST THE LIFE YOU SAVE MAY BE...
