I am a regular shopper at Walmart but some acquaintances told us about it so we thought we'd give it a look-see. The items that we regularly purchase from Walmart are the exact same prices. Case in point. Today we purchased Eggland's Best Eggs. On the Walmart App, the In-Store price was exactly the same as 10Box. Sargento Cheese is something we purchase regularly at Walmart. Today at 10Box it was $1 higher than the In-Store price at Walmart. The KRAFT on the other hand was the same price. So it all depends on you're outlook. At Walmart there are items that we save a certain amount of money on when purchased. 10Box has a similar savings plan. I'm not sure how comparable 10Box Next Choice items are to the Great Value/Sam's Choice items in Walmart. We didn't look at any meats or poultry as our freezer is at it's limit, so I have nothing there as of yet. At this point my suggestion is, compare where you normally shop to Item's in 10Box to see if it's worth the jump and the trip. For us, the trip is around 30 miles. While the store is nice, large and clean, we couldn't see a significant...
Read moreI am all for supporting Local Business, we do most of our shopping here, more than Wal-Mart, but Harps have bought out Country Mart, and it is not the same, they have raised some prices too. There a few different staff too. But the biggest reason I gave only two stars is because we are in Harps every day, and can see the changes in the staff, and can really feel the difference in the Pharmacy, our very knowledgeable, Pharmacist has fled, she just up and left without telling anyone. to be honest the pharmacy is the main reason we loved Country Mart so much, and it isn't the same now, and I think the prices have changed I am in the process of checking the comparable prices now. We have been going to the Bonne Terre Country Mart for 17 years, and we are saddened by the changes. This pharmacists that left was the best one I have ever dealt with, very knowledgeable, and super sharp at keeping everything going she'd get us all taken care of year after year....
Read moreEditing my review from 1 star to 4. After being open for several more months, I've seen improvement in the store. It's cleaner, has sufficient employees, almost no expired foods, better prices and almost never a big line anymore. My only gripe still remains with the pharmacy and their ever-changing policies. Never enough cashiers and express lane always closed. You'll wait in line for 20-30 minutes for just 1 item. Groceries are overpriced, expired often, especially if "on sale". I saw a block of cheese $1 off but had been expired for 2 whole months. I got a loaf of bread home and discovered it was rock hard. Harps Pharmacy is constantly changing their refill policies, making refills inconsistent. Harps, you're gonna go under with these practices, you...
