Claire's — Local services in Bossier City

We are frequent customers of Claire’s; however, I sat my bag from another store down on their counter with the associate while I shopped and we accidentally left the mall without the bag. When I called to se did they put it up for me so I can return to get it. No one knows what happened to it. Very disappointed that they wouldn’t put it in the back since it contained several items and knowing that the owner would surely call to claim it. Myself and my family entered Claire’s in Bossier Mall. We were not greeted until about 3 to 5 minutes of us standing in the door. The lady was standing talking to customers then turned around and stated that we could not be serviced due to the mall closing at 7 pm at this time it is only 6:15.
