EDIT: Monday 3:30pm I decided to give Seven Brew another try—and they did not disappoint! The wait took a minute, but only because it was packed (and you can’t order ahead). The customer service was super friendly and efficient. They actually come out to your vehicle to take your order—just like Chick-fil-A—and have it ready by the time you reach the window. The coffee is delicious, and I’m especially loving all the sugar-free options!
Saturday night: I was so excited to see Seven Brew finally open in Bossier! I’d only ever had it in Branson, MO, and absolutely loved it there. The coffee here was just as delicious, and I was especially thrilled with the wide variety of sugar-free options – huge win!
Unfortunately, the service was a major letdown. The guy who took our order looked like he couldn’t care less about being there. No greeting, no “How can I help you?”, not even a “What would you like?” – just silence as he typed in our order and stared. No acknowledgment, no “one moment please,” nothing. It felt uncomfortable.
As we waited, he leaned against the wall, singing “Good Dope Days” and visibly annoyed that he had to be working. Not exactly the vibe you want when you’re spending money on what should be a fun coffee stop. When we said, “Thank you, appreciate you,” there wasn’t even a nod or a word back.
I might give it another try, but definitely not with my boyfriend – the whole experience just put a damper on our mood. Hoping for a better team or more enthusiasm next time, because the coffee...
Read moreIt is so unfortunate that I have to leave this review. But 7 brew in Bossier City is awful. I moved here from Texas very excited to get our first 7 brew only to be disappointed every single time I visited this location. I have been skipped or overlooked in line even to the point of driving all the way up to the pick up just for them to realize no one took my order. When I brought this to their attention and asked to speak to a manager (the 2nd visit) I was told that the manager is rarely there but I could speak a shift lead. The shift lead informed me I needed to give it a couple months and things would get "much better". Which I responded I've been to other 7 brews from the day they opened and never received this kind of service. She then informed me to call the main number to make a complaint and that they would make it right. No one answers that number so I went back again today (my 5th) and the same thing happened. I had to flag down someone to make them realize that they had skipped me in line. On top of this the music was so loud that neither I nor the person taking my order could hear. It was so bad she had to show me the iPad with my drink order just for me to realize that they made my drink wrong the last time. She corrected it and then when I got my drink it was still wrong. If I didn't know how awesome 7 Brew is I wouldn't have come back after the second visit but I do know and hopefully this review will get to the right people who address the obvious...
Read more4th of July and it wasn’t that busy for an HOUR long wait, with aweful attitudes from the entire staff, AND A cashier who can’t count. I asked what’s the hold up on one line. Cause the other was going quicker. The girl said “I’m just not taking orders ”. Ah cool. My total was $7.11. I handed $20.11. Which means I should’ve gotten $13 back. But she handed me $12 and some change. Which means I was SHORTED my change back. When I brought that up to the girl,, she shrugged And told me that was my problem.
