Rent-A-Center — Local services in Bossier City

I ordered my son a bed and dresser set on June 29. Was supposed to delivered 7-10 business days. It’s now August 16 and still no product. Me and my wife called several time was told we would get a call back never did. She spoke with manger he told her the same thing. We also wrote the corporate office and received no response. Finally today my wife just canceled the order. They offered to order her the bed set once she said she was canceling. They never ordered and never planned on delivering it. I had already paid for the first month . My guess is they planned on keeping the money. I would 100% recommend nobody ever get anything from this location. Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced with any merchandise company. These people will lead you to believe your item has been ordered and will Be delivered. When in fact it isn’t. When you call for a refund the they offer you to come look in store for an item or they will order what I was originally supposed to get. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT COME TO RENT A CENTER. Fred is nice as can be to make a sale but that is very short lived. God forbid you make a payment a day late he’s going to send his little rent a center minions to leave a door tag or pull up. You communicate with them and tell them the situation and he refuses meanwhile making unprofessional comments. But to not give a customer atleast a day or two before treating a customer less than is ridiculous. The other guys seem pretty nice and easy to deal with but Fred is a straight up a very fake nice person! Very rude and above all attitude. I get they have to chase payments everyday but if you have a regularly paying customer who’s payday changes you are suppose to work with the change via the rent a center website and Fred does NOT allow that. I will be reporting to BBB and corporate office. This over $47 is a joke for an over priced used appliance. They should be more considerate...

I love this place. I've been renting to own from this store for years. Fred, the manager, is amazing. He will do EVERYTHING he can to make it right. Whether it's having a personal issue and can't make a payment on time, or a problem with an item you are renting. The guys who work there are also amazing. Couldn't ask for anyone better to deal with. I will continue to do business with Fred and his team until there is nothing more I need. Love this place and the team that...
