Our home was built in 2007 and the master shower was built poorly. When we bought the home in 2012, we probably spent close to $10,000 fixing our shower over several years as it leaked into our walls and caused damage. I just wanted to replace the shower, yet again, but my wife had a great point that we we might as well update the whole bathroom so that it will match.

Most of my buying, building, and service business-oriented experiences are like what many of us are used to: no response, days of waiting, nothing is on time... Not with this company!

I was referred to Louisiana Home Center by a customer who just updated his bathroom. I (inappropriately) asked him for the cost, but he impressed me with how quickly they were able to update his bathroom, and the pictures looked amazing.

Once I contacted Louisiana Home Center, David and Dawn came to meet with us and instilled confidence in their experience. My wife visited the shop in Bossier, picked out what we wanted, and within weeks they started the renovation. They don't sub-out everyone, so when there was a paint problem, the painter was there quickly. When there was an electrical fix, they just made a quick call. While we were updating the bathroom, we asked them if they had any experience with closets, and low and behold, we have a brand new closet with seasonal hanging hydraulic technology and high quality wood work through.

This is the best experience I've ever had as a customer with such a large renovation. I could contact the team at any time, even on weekends, text the owners directly, and whatever needed to be done, they got done, and they did it with a smile.
