I wanted an icee and one of my coworkers said this shop had them so I decided to go on my lunch break. I grabbed an icee and one single piece of candy. I noticed the lady at the register had a sign saying that all purchases had to be 10 dollars for card payment. Which wasn’t a problem, I asked the lady when I got to the counter if I needed to grab more things, she said no you’re fine. I took that as she meant it was okay that I didn’t have 10 dollars worth. I was on the phone at the time and had 15 minutes left to get back to the building I work in. She said the card reader was ready and didn’t tell me how much it was, as I was paying she asked if I wanted one of the vapes or if I smoked. I told her no I don’t smoke, so I sat there a couple of seconds waiting for my receipt. She never gave me one she said I was good to go and the machine didn't print one. I had to rush back to work, so I said okay and left. When I got home I checked my bank account, she charged me 13 dollars for one icee and one single piece of candy. Please explain to me how two small items equal this. Do not go here, they put the prices they want into the register, which explains why nothing has a price on it in this store. The lady at the store was very rude. My friends and I were just looking at the chips and she rudely asked “Can I help you?” And we said no were okay to which she replied “Are you ready to checkout then?” Keep in mind we were doing nothing wrong.
